Since the implementation of model kindergartens by the national education department,a large number of excellent model kindergartens have emerged across the country.The purpose of setting up model kindergartens is to "Promote the development of early childhood education and promote the overall promotion of China’s early childhood education.In order to carry out the spirit of "Running preschool education" and "promoting the reform and development of preschool education",the government and education departments in the west Yunnan region have taken an active part.After more than 10 years of exploration and practice,the first level demonstration kindergarten in Dali city has reached sixteen.However,in the west Yunnan region with limited educational resources,the development of model kindergartens is restricted,which affects the overall development of preschool education.The demonstration kindergarten can improve the professional quality of the teachers in the kindergarten by relying on the teaching and research of the kindergarten.When sharing experience and growing experience with other kindergartens,model kindergartens are constantly improving themselves and improving the professional quality of teachers from the inside out.Therefore,this study selects a demonstration kindergarten seminar in Dali city as the research object,and adopts the general method of qualitative research to carry out the research,so as to provide optimization strategies and references for the kindergarten-based teaching and research of other demonstration parks.By combing the existing research results of kindergarten-based teaching and research,this study takes the seminar of a model kindergarten in Dali city as the research object.First of all,the field observation of the seminar site,the observation of the teacher’s behavior in the seminar,before and after the seminar on the semi-structured interview of the middle class teachers,in order to understand theteacher’s real ideas;Secondly,we collected the data of the seminar activities and teachers’ teaching reflection in the past three months.Finally,the collected data were coded and analyzed,and three representative seminars were selected from them for detailed analysis.Through the research,the author found that:First,the topic of the seminar is from a single source;Second,in the process of the seminar,the discussion time is limited,leading to the incomplete session of the seminar;Third,the single evaluation subject,the lack of evaluation content and evaluation criteria leads to the inability to carry out the evaluation part of the seminar;Fourth,the organizers and participants of the weak awareness of the discussion,the discussion activities are limited to discussion.After analyzing the problem,the author thinks about it from the theme、organization and evaluate,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
