| Whether it is based on the needs of the professional development of beginning teachers in deaf schools or to stabilize the teaching strength of deaf schools,it is very necessary to provide support for professional development of beginning teachers.However,at present,the deaf schools provide insufficient support for the professional development of beginning teachers,lack of systematic and perfect support strategies,and the professional development of beginning teachers face a series of difficulties and challenges.Facing the reality that deaf schools provide support for beginning teachers,it is necessary for deaf schools to start from the actual situation of their own development and strengthen the support and guarantee measures for the professional development of beginning teachers.Teacher professional development is a continuous and dynamic development process.Deaf schools need to support the improvement of the professional quality of beginning teachers in all aspects,and gradually form a support strategy with the characteristics of the school,so as to make the professional development of beginning teachers more systematic and targeted,and the effect of support is improved.This research refers to the relevant theories of the social support system,combined with the current situation of deaf schools providing support for the professional development of beginning teachers in the deaf school,to determine the five aspects of the professional development support strategy for the beginning teachers in deaf schools,formulate the survey questionnaire and interview outline for an investigation was conducted on the professional development support of the beginning teachers of the provincial deaf school.Through statistics and analysis of the obtained data,it is found that the support strategy mainly has the following problems:insufficient conditional support,poor effectiveness of activity support,low content support demand satisfaction,subjective single evaluation support,and lack of emotional support.The main reasons for these problems are the following five points:first,the organizational mechanism for providing support strategies is not perfect;second,the existing support strategies are not well planned;third,the necessary guarantees for effective implementation of support services are insufficient;fourth,the implementation of the support strategy lacks support from multiple parties outside the school;fifth,the current support strategy lacks an evaluation mechanism.In view of the current status of support strategies,this study proposes to build a professional development support strategy for deaf teachers.Specifically,first,improve the organization mechanism of the support strategy;second,strengthen the overall planning of the support strategy;third,increase the necessary guarantee of support services;fourth,strive for support resources outside the school for the support strategy;fifth,create support strategic evaluation mechanism. |
