With the development of modern information technology,the application of information technology to assist the teaching of middle school curriculum is not only the specific requirements of the new curriculum reform in middle school,but also the inevitable trend of the development of educational information.Virtual simulation experiment,as the development product of modern information technology,combines computer technology and virtual reality technology effectively.The students can complete the experiment operation in virtual environment.Noook chemical virtual simulation laboratory(referred to as NB chemical virtual simulation laboratory)is a virtual experiment software,specially designed for middle school teachers and students.In the virtual laboratory,there are adequate medicine,complete equipment,and it is not limited by time and space for using.The purpose of this study was to help the students to review the chemical experiment in junior high school by using the NB chemical virtual simulation software.The purpose of this study was to help the students to strengthen the chemical experiment operation while reviewing the theoretical knowledge in the chemical experiment,to combine the theory with practice,to stimulate the students’ interest in learning,to improve the efficiency of the students’ experiment review with learning enthusiasm.In the early stage of this study,a large number of literature were analysed,the status of related research,It was found that the virtual simulation experiment can help students to carry out chemical experiment operation without real experiment,the students’ understanding of chemical theoretical knowledge and experimental nature can improve,and can achieve the purpose of experimental learning,On the basis of theoretical research,the research process and methods are determined.Based on the analysis of the experiment content in the ninth grade chemistry textbook,the experiment review content was determined.Under the guidance of the design principle of NB chemistry virtual simulation,the teaching mode of Nb chemistry virtual simulation experiment review course was constructed,which included the design of the task list of teachers’ practical review before class,the experiment preview before class for students.Four teaching cases of virtual experiment review class of chemistry in junior three were designed,which were basic operation,gas preparation,the inquiry in solution property,the acid and alkali salt in solution property,and were practiced in middle school.Through the questionnaire and the interview between teachers and students,the data collection and effect analysis and evaluation of teaching practice effect were carried out.The research results showed that it was feasible and effective to use virtual simulation software.It can assist the review of junior high school chemistry experiment,which is deeply loved by students and recognized by teachers.It not only helped students to master the knowledge of chemistry experiment,and to review the chemistry experiment systematically,but also stimulated students’interest in learning,changed students’ learning style,and teachers’ learning style.The idea of experiment teaching enriched the teaching cases of chemistry experiment review course in junior high school.It is expected to provide reference for the further development of virtual experiment teaching in middle school chemistry.
