The application of information technology in teaching is a hot issue in current education and teaching research.Promoting the integration of information technology and disciplines is the goal of realizing information teaching in the new era.Through literature review and personal experience,the author found that in rural areas the application of information technology in teaching is still in the use of courseware and a small number of network videos and animations,and there is no flexible and effective use of new information technology and teaching resources promoted by Information 2.0.Besides,the lack of chemistry experiment conditions also restricts chemistry teaching,which adversely affects students' basic knowledge learning,experimental operation and design ability training,and the improvement of the level of scientific inquiry,hindering the development of students' core literacy in chemistry and the development of innovation capabilities.How to improve the current situation of experimental and theoretical teaching in rural areas through information technology under the objective conditions of lack of experimental resources has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the reform of education and teaching in rural areas.This article is based on a thorough investigation of the current situation of junior middle school chemistry teaching in a rural area of Hunan Province.According to the research institute's existing experimental conditions,informatization equipment and access to informatization resources in rural areas,the virtual experiment software and Seewo Whiteboard 5 related software were selected for practical research.The author combines the characteristics of the virtual simulation experiment and Seewo Whiteboard 5 and other discipline software to design the teaching of the sixth unit of chemistry in grade nine.Use Seewo Whiteboard 5 and NOBOOK chemistry experiment to design teaching resources,and then choose a local rural middle school for teaching practice.Through practical research,there are positive changes in students' interest in chemistry,understanding and application of chemistry knowledge,and grades before and after the experiment.It is concluded that virtual simulation experiment and Seewo whiteboard 5assisting junior high school chemistry teaching can bring positive effects on students' chemistry learning,Students can increase their interest in chemistry learning while understanding and learning chemistry knowledge,and enhance their abilities in the application,connection,analysis,and transformation of chemistry knowledge.At the same time,in the process of practical research,through the application of virtual simulation experiments and Seewo Whiteboard 5 and other discipline software,the application value of interactive whiteboards in rural junior high schools is improved.And make full use of network resources to carry out interactive,open and interesting teaching activities.The information teaching literacy of the two junior high school chemistry teachers who participated in the teaching practice can be improved in practice.In future teaching activities,I am willing to continue to use relevant subject software to assist teaching,to actively explore practical cases of the integration of information technology and chemistry subjects in combination with the actual situation in rural areas while applying.
