The problem of rural teacher education is a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently in modern and contemporary society.A high-quality and reasonably structured rural teacher team is a key breakthrough in solving rural education problems.The structure of rural teacher education supply structure directly or indirectly,explicitly or implicitly affects the structure of rural teacher groups and the quality of education,which in turn limits the improvement of China’s overall education level and the realization of education modernization in China.The solution of rural teacher education depends on the optimization of rural teacher education supply structure system.A proper and reasonable structure system for the supply of rural teachers’ education will definitely help to solve the problems of rural teachers and rural education.On the contrary,it is not conducive to the development of rural teachers and education.The judgment criterion lies in the degree of fit between the structure of the teacher group provided by the rural teacher education supply structure system and the structure of the teacher group required for the development of rural education.Conversely,it may have zero affect,and even negativeaffect,The structure of the rural teacher group provided by the rural teacher education supply structure system largely determines its function.Therefore,studying the changes in the supply structure system of rural teacher education can not only outline the changes in the structure of the supply system of rural teacher education in China,but also explore the future development direction of the supply structure system of rural teacher education from the historical development track.This papper mainly adopts research methods such as policy text analysis method,literature method and interview methodFirst,through the literature method and the comparative method,track and analyze domestic and foreign research trends on the structural changes in the supply structure of rural teacher education,and analyze the structural problems and reform experience of rural teacher groups in various countries;Second,use the policy text analysis method to understand the formulation of the country-level rural teacher education supply structure system in the early stage,the Cultural Revolution,the reform and opening up period and the new era,and analyze the background and implementation effect of the system;Furthermore,the value orientation and properization of rural teacher education supply structure system is discussed from the philosophical axiology and appropriateness level;Next,analyze the actual state of the rural teacher group structure provided by the rural teacher education supply structure system in different periods,use the interview method to respond to the rationality of its system change,and verify it from the perspective of the system;Finally,I make predictions for the development and future orientation of the rural teacher education supply system from a methodological and operational level,with a view to forming a precise way of the rural teacher education supply system and a long-term mechanism for the professional development of teacher education.
