The Research On The Problem Of The Loss Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education with equal importance.Vigorously developing vocational education is an important part of China’s national education strategy.At present,the overall level of vocational education in our country still exists obvious gap compared with abroad,especially in developed countries,also can’t well adapt to and meet the current economic and social development in our country and the general public of the reality of diversified education needs.However,the Chinese government has issued a series of preferential and supportive policies for vocational education,the whole society has not yet formed a correct understanding of the importance of vocational education talent training,and the problem of student turnover in secondary vocational colleges is still serious.By reference to vocational education experiences and lessons from the developed countries,and to explore the basic trend of world vocational education development judgement,in-depth study and effectively solve the vocational school students especially secondary vocational school students loss problem is the top priority.However,if we want to review the evolution of foreign vocational education and find some successful experience,we cannot simply copy it,but must read the details of its success.At present,it is urgent to change people’s wrong understanding of secondary vocational colleges.We should continue to perfect our legislation on vocational education,establish a vocational education system covering the government,school,family and individual,and form a correct understanding of our vocational education talent training.This paper consists of four parts: introduction,analysis of the current situation of student turnover in Heze technician college,analysis of the reasons for student turnover,improvement measures and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the research background,research significance and value,research ideas and methods,as well as the current situation and literature review of the loss of students in vocational colleges in China.The second part of the text takes Heze technician college as a case study of the phenomenon of student turnover in secondary vocational schools.The third part makes a comprehensive analysis of various factors that affect the current situation of student turnover in Heze technician college.The fourth part discusses the improvement measures of the problem of the loss of Heze technician students.The conclusion part summarizes the basic views of the whole article,puts forward some problems in view of the unfinished part of the article,looks forward to the future trend of the development of secondary vocational schools,and finally puts forward some Suggestions on the further and deeper research on the problem of the outflow of secondary vocational schools.
