With the rapid development of global information technology and the popularization of Internet culture,Internet culture has become a typical paradigm for the integration of science and technology with today’s culture. As the network culture is a new special cultural form,it determines the complexity of the object of moral education and the external environment in the network cultural form.To a certain extent,it also increases the difficulty of moral education management of middle school students who have not formed the correct "three views" in the network cultural environment. In addition, network culture is a "double-edged sword",which has both positive and negative effects on middle school students. Therefore, this paper focuses on the negative impact of network culture on moral education of middle school students and its causes, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen moral education of middle school students and eliminate the negative impact of network culture from the aspects of family, school and society. As we all know, the moral education management of middle school students is a complex topic, which is linked with family education, school management, social care and government participation.Only when four aspects are twisted into one rope, work together, form joint education, and constantly strengthen the supervision and guidance of network culture, can we effectively promote middle school students. The network of groups is conscious of quality culture. On the basis of relevant theories and by means of questionnaires, this paper investigates the students of a middle school in Panjin City, and finds that the main manifestations of the influence of network culture on the ideological andmoral development of middle school students are divided into two aspects:positive influence and negative influence, among which positive influence includes: conducive to the development of moral cognition and promotion of Taoism.Moral innovation is conducive to enriching moral content, promoting a better life, participating in social life, exerting subjectivity, alleviating pressure and improving psychological quality.Negative effects include: it may cause moral indifference of middle school students, indifference tendency in interpersonal communication of middle school students, and morality of middle school students. The weakening of the sense of humiliation may result in the failure of middle school students to form correct "three views".The reasons for the negative impact are as follows: the openness and virtuality of network culture make it difficult to distinguish the true from the false of network information, the curiosity of middle school students, the poor ability to resist temptation, the discomfort of social education, the lack of public opinion guidance, and the inefficiency of moral education in middle school. Finally, the author combines his own educational practice and puts forward five strategies of moral education for middle school students from the perspective of network culture: school should set up media literacy education curriculum;the task of moral education in school is to cultivate moral choice ability and sense of responsibility;provide necessary guidance for family education;and establish network for middle school students.Educational support institutions help them overcome the problems caused by the Internet. The above strategies are proposed in order to provide some reference for moral education of middle school students in the perspective of network culture.
