| With the continuous development of China’s social economy,people’s ideological concepts are increasingly diversified and complicated due to the influence of various cultures.The personality of students in school is becoming more and more distinct.If there is no difference,a teaching management will be adopted.When the model is applied to all students,it will inevitably fail to achieve the ideal goal of education and teaching.Based on this,many scholars put forward the concept of differential management for students,advocate student-oriented,respect individual differences of students,and adopt different management strategies for different types of students.Under the guidance of this concept,the research is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,we summarized the basis for selecting the topic of this study,the summary of research at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the concept definition,research purpose and signification.The second part is mainly to analyze the current situation and reasons of student management in Laiwu City M Middle School.The third part through questionnaire survey,it is found that the current student management practice neglects the diversity of students and does not understand the diversity of students.Multi-differentiated management formalization,classroom evaluation and after-school reflection on the four aspects of the problem,these problems are mainly limited by the requirements of the test-oriented education system,lack of effective multi-differential managementmethods for guidance,large classroom restrictions,parents Caused by the influence of the teacher.In the fourth part,the author puts forward a student management strategy based on multiple differences,which is mainly to establish a multi-evaluation system including evaluation subject,evaluation process and evaluation method,paying attention to the growth needs of each student,discovering students’ self-development and promotion.The three aspects of student personality development respect the diversity of students,and implement the five aspects of students including individualized management,interactive management,democratic management,different teaching methods according to the characteristics of students,and layered teaching in the teaching process.Multivariate management within.I hope that the theoretical results of this research can provide reference for the diversification of student management models. |
