With the development of information technology,the principal,as the first leader of the school,his personal awareness,direction and leadership of information-based teaching,it is of great importance to carry out the reform of information-based teaching in schools and achieve certain results.First of all,this paper divides the process of the formation of y principal’s information-based teaching leadership by interview,observation and data collection,that is,the embryonic,developing and mature period of teachers’professional development.From her narration of her career development,we can find several periods of the formation of her leadership in information-based teaching.Principal y was the first vice principal in M Middle School,which we call the embryonic period of her leadership in information-based teaching It is a developmental period for her to become the principal of h school,and a mature period for her to become the principal of m school.However,from President Y’s narration,we can also see that due to technical reasons and the influence of the environment,her leadership of information-based teaching is now in a state of bottleneck,through the arrangement of interview materials,it is found that President Y’s leadership in information-based teaching is a developing process.When problems arise in the process of leadership in information-based teaching,she will reflect on and propose new solutions.it is also a process of continuous improvement.How to break through the bottleneck and realize the new development after the formation of President Y’s information-based teaching leadership is also paid cose attention to in the follow-up research.The following is a relative division of the process of the formation of the instructional leadership of President Y,which is a simple division of the process of the formation of the instructional leadership of president y himself,and may only be suitable for president y himself,the information-based teaching of other school principals also have the value of reference,this can only be based on the specific situation of the individual.Secondly,through the analysis of the formation and development of the information-based teaching leadership of president y sunmed up the impact of factors affecting the information-based teaching leadership.Personal interest and personality formed in the embryonic stage and before are the key factors for the formation of President Y’s leadership style,which affects the leadership behavior and will certainly influence president y’s leadership of information-based teaching.It is worth emphasizing that personal interest and personality are internal causes,and not only have an impact on the principal’s leadership in infomation-based teaching at this stage,it is the interest and personal interest developed at this time that will have a lasting impact on the leadership style and decision-making of the principal.In the period of development,the main influential factors on the principal’s information-based teaching leadership are as follows:1.The influence and appeal of the president.Be based on practice.The school good informationization teaching atmosphere;4.The Education Administration provides guidance and support.In the mature period,the main factors that influence the principal’s information-based teaching leadership are:1.Expert Guidance.Good communication skills;3.Accurate self-definition;4.Practice environment.And summed up the impact of the information-based teaching of President y leading the internal factors.At last,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the formation and development of the information-based teaching leadership of junior high school principals:First,to improve the individual ability to provide development impetus;The Third Innovation Guides the development of school information teaching.
