| With the advent of the intelligent age,the development of artificial intelligence,big data,and other technologies will have a great impact on the informatization teaching of primary and secondary school principals.Leadership puts higher demands on it.The cultivation and development of intelligent education to help principals’ informatization teaching leadership gradually come into the sight of researchers.To realize the development of intelligent education to help the principal’s informatization teaching leadership,to comprehensively improve the school’s education management informatization level and collaborative innovation ability,this research is based on the relevant theoretical model of technology acceptance,and according to the elements of the principal’s informatization teaching leadership,it integrates the intelligent Education-related content,discussing the factors that affect the readiness of the principal’s information-based teaching leadership,deleting or modifying the invalid influencing factors,constructing and testing the principal’s information-based teaching leadership readiness model,and putting forward corresponding application suggestions for the model.This study selects 10,000 primary and secondary school principals and the participants in the training program for heads of education authorities as the research object,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and structural equation modeling to analyze the leadership readiness model of principals’ information-based teaching for intelligent education.to explore.First of all,through the literature reading and theoretical study in the early stage,the related concepts such as readiness,acceptance,principal’s informatization leadership,and principal’s informatization teaching leadership are defined.,The research status of the technology acceptance model is sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of this research.Secondly,using the theoretical model of technology acceptance as the research framework,combined with the existing mature scales,the measurement dimensions are formulated,and the factors that affect the readiness of the principal’s information-based teaching leadership for intelligent education are classified and coded,mainly including performance expectations,effort Expectation,enabling conditions,social influence,individual innovation,and behavioral intention are six variables and the correlation between variables is analyzed,and the original model of principal’s information-based teaching leadership readiness for intelligent education is constructed and 13 research hypotheses are put forward.Finally,a questionnaire survey was carried out,and the structural equation model was used for empirical testing based on the survey and analysis.Through the continuous revision of the structural equation model,the hypothesis model verification was completed,and the factors affecting the acceptance and readiness of intelligent education in the principal’s information-based teaching leadership were judged.The main factors,and finally put forward the application suggestions of the readiness model of the principal’s information-based teaching leadership for intelligent education.The research results show that individual innovation,enabling conditions,and performance expectations have a positive and significant impact on the principal’s readiness for information-based teaching leadership.This study gives suggestions for the application of the model from the aspects of national education management,the level of the participating principals themselves,and the level of training program design,and provides a reference for the subsequent cultivation and research of principals’ information-based teaching leadership for intelligent education. |
