Research On The Collaborative Mechanism Of Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talent Training In University

The innovation and entrepreneurship is the key to knowledge society in the international competition to win.It is not only the trend of higher education development in the world,but also the inherent generating force of our country to implement the innovation-driven strategy,build an innovation-oriented country and develop the entrepreneurial economy.Based on the systematic analysis of the literature,this paper makes clear the connotation of innovative and entrepreneurial education,innovative and entrepreneurial talents and collaborative mechanism.This paper analyzes the necessity and the driving of the construction of collaborative mechanism in the main line of the research on the collaborative mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial training.On the basis of the organizational construction and practical experience of foreign countries to carry out the training mechanism of innovation and Entrepreneurship,we will further explore the construction of collaborative mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial training with Chinese characteristics.The contents of this study include the following four aspects:First,to clarify the necessity of the construction of the collaborative mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial training in universities.The theoretical value and practical significance of collaborative mechanism is the basic premise of the introduction of talent training in universities.The necessity of the construction of collaborative education mechanism in universities is not only promoted by the realistic background of the development of our country's national strategy,but also plays an important role in the integration and optimization of the collaborative mechanism.The driving mechanism is the force for the construction of collaborative education mechanism in universities.The analysis of the external dynamic factors and the internal driving forces is helpful for the university to construct the collaborative education mechanism taking the school as the main body,play the leading role,integrate and optimize the internal and external dynamicfactors.Second,we can draw lessons from the theoretical construction and practical experience of the innovative and entrepreneurial training and mechanism of foreign universities.Foreign countries have formed a relatively mature system of innovative and entrepreneurial education,which can provide effective reference for us.Based on the three countries of the United States,Japan and Sweden,Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship was selected as a case study.This paper summarizes the theoretical construction and practical experience of foreign institutions in the training mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship,and provides inspiration and reference for Chinese collaborative education.Third,this paper analyzes the current situation and mechanism of the training of innovative talents in universities in China.Because of innovative and entrepreneurial education starting late and the starting point being low,the analysis of its development and personnel training mode is helpful to grasp the current situation of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training.This is conducive to further promote innovative and entrepreneurial education in universities.Fourth,we need to build a new talent cultivation mechanism with Chinese characteristics.Based on domestic and abroad,giving full play to the leading role of universities,from the school-based,school-enterprise and school-district collaborative education,we should build a system of personnel training mechanism with Chinese characteristics,in order to play the advantages and strengths of Chinese universities in personnel training,to avoid problems and weaknesses.The effective operation of mechanism needs not only reasonable construction,but also more support.The support of organization,system construction and financial can effectively promote the innovation and Entrepreneurship of university education mechanism of the healthy operation and virtuous cycle.
