Empirical Study On The Effect Of Human Capital On The Income Distribution Gap Of Liaoning Residents

Since reform and opening up,the Liaoning Province has achieved rapid growth of economy and disposable income of residents have risen sharply,but the problem of income inequality is more and more serious.Marx thought that every worker has the right to enjoy the growth development of welfare,economic development,the production efficiency is not just for the personal wealth growth,but also to every social member to enjoy more labor products in the same way.To achieve the equal status of every member of society in economic life,as Marx said,the income distribution gap should be avoided.With the development of The Times,the emphasis on knowledge is getting higher and higher,the human capital gradually become the important factors of production in the process of economic growth,human capital has become a factor that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the research of human capital,especially the relationship between human capital and the residents’ income gap,is very important to narrow the income distribution gap.Firstly,this paper discusses the present situation of income distribution gap between residents in Liaoning Province,measures the overall income gap of liaoning residents,the gini coefficient of urban and rural income gap and uses the gini coefficient decomposition method,income distribution gap in liaoning province has been decomposed from the source of income.This paper also discusses the present situation of human capital in liaoning province,using the relevant methods to measure the human capital of liaoning province,and calculate education human capital gini coefficient and health human capita gini coefficient.This paper analyzes the influence of human capital on the income distribution of liaoning residents,and draws the conclusions:the improvement of human capital stock slowed the expand trend of resident income distribution gap.The structure effect of human capital of liaoning province on income distribution of residents is remarkable,especially education and health.The institutional structure effect of human capital on income distribution of residents is remarkable.Finally,this paper proposes some countermeasures to increase human capital and reduce income distribution gap in Liaoning Province.Increase investment in human capital and human capital stock.Adjust the structure of education investment and improve the quality of the education fair.Improve the medical security system and the level of medical and health care.Reform initial allocation system and raise the proportion of human capital income.
