| There are many shortcomings in the traditional student leaving school management model,and universities need to implement information management according to actual needs.During the graduation season,a large number of students centrally handle the procedures for leaving school,which involves many departments,and the process of leaving the school is complicated.There are often long queues,and even some departments have to go through the procedures for leaving the school many times due to objective factors,which consumes a lot of time and energy.All business departments of the school are on-site.It is necessary to audit the business processes of all graduates in a short period of time.The workload is heavy,and the data transmission between the departments is not timely,and the information sharing is inconvenient.Second-level colleges of the school inquiring about and statistics on student departures have also become difficult due to the huge workload and asymmetric and opaque information.If the traditional offline thesis school management method is transformed into the online network school management method by combining information technology,on the one hand,it can save students’ time to a large extent,so that students can quickly and easily go through the process of leaving school online.On the other hand,it can reduce the pressure of business departments and improve the efficiency of related functions of leaving school.At the same time,it provides a good information management platform for students and staff to enable the various resources of the school to be fully utilized and shared,and to reduce the cost of school management.This paper analyzes and studies the relevant domestic and foreign developments,and starts from the actual background of student Leaving management,and carefully describes the relevant theories and techniques.Then use software engineering methods to conduct research and analysis on the needs of students leaving school in different roles,detailed analysis the business process of the school leaving system,and design a one-stop student leaving school management system based on user needs.The system includes four role users,namely graduates,department administrators,college administrators,and system administrators.Each user has different operation rights.Graduates can view personal information,check out of school procedures,handle school leaving procedures,etc.;department administrators can set up the department’s school leaving links,review school leaving procedures,etc.;college administrators can collect statistics on leaving school,check eligibility for leaving school,etc.;system administrators can manage the process of leaving school,manage system users.Important function modules such as the procedures for leaving school,the management of matters leaving school,the review of leaving school procedures,the review of qualifications for leaving school,and the management of leaving school links were selected for introduction of demand analysis.During the design and implementation of the school leave system,the Java language,the Spring framework,and the B / S three-layer architecture design mode were used for development,and data was stored through My SQL and Redis databases.The system uses the use case diagrams,class diagrams,and timing diagrams to design and analyze the relevant modules in detail through the division of functional modules for students to leave school.Based on this,the relevant module functions are implemented in conjunction with the requirements for the management of students leaving school.In the end,the one-stop student departure management system for the information service system of the off-line fast-offline operation was completed once and completed online.Finally,test the implemented business function modules through test cases,and use the test tools for non-functional test of the system.The system test results meet the expectations and the test passes,indicating that the one-stop student departure management system meets the needs of users.The design and implementation of the system can improve the efficiency of student departure procedures,solve problems such as the large number of jobs,complicated work processes,and cumbersome information statistics in the business department’s school departure management.Construction provides a reference. |
