In recent years,children’s nursery is a social hot spot,with the improvement of social and economic development level,people’s ideological concept is in constant change,more and more countries and regions to realize infants under the age of 3 years old at this stage the importance of talent pool for the future,and adopted a series of measures to promote the healthy development of infants and young children.Increasing in our country,with an ageing society,and infant birth rate is low,the country began to carry out "comprehensive two children" policy,the number of infants and young children the growth of a certain scale,but the senile birth,delay retirement reduces family self-care "two children",the high premium cost makes the economy increases pressure instantly,coupled with the change of education concept,hope children can early cultivation of personality and good habits,but every generation of education has led to a series of disputes make family harmony and stability affected by a certain,so nursery demand more and more serious,but it is clear that At present,the daycare services on the market cannot meet the needs of the public.The nursery schools popular in the 1980 s have disappeared from public view.There are many problems in the private childcare institutions in the society,and the childcare service for children under the age of 3 years in China is in a very imperfect stage.If this problem cannot be solved,it will not only reduce the family happiness,but also bring adverse effects on the implementation of China’s two-child policy.The development of child care services not only conforms to the concept of child development,but also has certain impact on the parents,family and society of children.Therefore,the study on child care services is urgent,necessary and long-term.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of childcare services for infants under 3years old in Beijing,and analyzes the development of childcare services and the current situation of childcare services up to now through literature analysis,investigation analysis and evolution history of childcare services.Based on the actual investigation and literature review,the existing problems were found and analyzed.At the same time,draw lessons from the experience at home and abroad,draw inspiration from the experience abroad,apply to Beijing child care services,finally give advice.We will improve the existing system and supplement the existing ones,so as to improve the nursing service system for infants under 3 years old in Beijing,meet the needs of the public,and promote social stability and economic development.
