A Business Model Optimization Modification Of Childcare Institutions

Since 2021,China has continuously issued policies to further improve and implement the positive birth support measures,among which the development of a universal childcare service system is an important content.Compared with other countries in the world,China’s enrollment rate is still far lower than that of other countries,and there is still a lot of room for development and relevant industries need to be developed.A childcare institution has been committed to the infant care service industry for many years.During the operation of the 1-3-year-old infant care service sector,the profit rate has been extremely low.There are also certain problems in the business model of the 1-3-year-old infant care service.There are many problems in management,marketing promotion and operating profit.All these have seriously restricted the healthy development of the company.This paper is also to carry out research under this background,hoping to explore the reasons for the problems in the business model of a-care institutions,so as to put forward targeted optimization suggestions.Based on the above background,this paper takes a care institution as the research object to study and analyze its business model.The paper adopts the methods of literature research and interview research,and the completed work includes:summarizing the current main business models of the service industry,summarizing the current situation of the business model of the case a care institution,applying the business model evaluation model to evaluate the business model,analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the current business model of the institution a,and finally putting forward the optimization plan and guarantee measures.The research conclusion is that after weighted calculation,the total score of the business model of a-care institution is 3.69,which belongs to the range of 3-4,which belongs to the level of general evaluation of the business model.This indicates that the overall performance of the business model of a-care institution is general,and it is urgent to optimize its business model;Organization a has problems in three dimensions of service standardization,customer value proposition and enterprise resource concentration.In the proposed optimization scheme,the service standardization dimension needs to plan and design business processes,improve service efficiency,and strengthen service process supervision and feedback;The dimension of customer value proposition should improve customer satisfaction,customer retention rate and customer adhesion;The dimension of enterprise resource concentration is to expand the relationship between commercial cooperation enterprises,integrate network resources and expand marketing channels.In addition,safeguard measures should be implemented from the management concept,incentive system,communication mechanism and information technology methods.The research results of this paper have important value for the optimization of the business model and the improvement of the profit level of a-care institutions.
