| Based on the CGSS2015 data,this study used descriptive statistics,regression analysis and propensity score matching for empirical analysis.The results show that education level has a significant impact on the degree of rule identity.The influence of education level on rule identity shows situational,non-linear and latent characteristics.Based on the dramaturgical theory,social norm theory and rational choice theory,the internal logic of the impact of education on rule identity is summarized as "Rule Identity Contextualization".The influence of education level on the degree of rule identity shows obvious contextual characteristics,which can be attributed to the rule identity contextualization from the perspective of dramaturgical theory,including the identity construction contextualization and the identity expression contextualization.Because the respondents’ rule identity is not only influenced by the previous construction situation,but also by the given expression situation.The influence of education level on the degree of rule identity shows non-linearity,which can be attributed to the diversification of educational subjects based on the social norm theory,because the acquisition of social norms is not only affected by education level,but also by other personal experiences.In the context of the rule-identity construction,there are multiple agencies of socialization and multiple values,which leads to the diversification of social norms and affects the socialization effect of education.The influence of education level on the degree of rule identity shows potentiality,which can be attributed to the rationalization of the taught subject based on the rational choice theory.Because in the context of rule-identity expression,the taught subject maximized interests based on personal preferences and constraints.Whether it is transcendental rule identity or empirical rule identity,it is the rational choice for the taught subject.Different from previous studies on subject identity and object identity,the focus of this article is from a single static subject identity or object identity to a dynamic change in subject characteristics on the construction process of object identity.This research not only contributes a new analytical framework for understanding the relationship between education and rule identity named "Rule Identity Contextualization",but also proposes a dynamic cycle between subject identity and object identity.Various educational subjects can guide the taught subjects to distinguish between subject identity and object identity,integrate transcendental model and experience model of rule identity construction,or innovate the identity construction model to better realize the socialization function of education in educational practice.For example,all kinds of educational subjects can consider providing as many real or simulated rule situations as possible,allowing individuals to construct stable and flexible rule identity on their own,and personally cultivate their knowledge transfer ability to cope with the test and challenges of many variability rule situations. |
