| [Purpose]Compiling scales for college students’knowledge sharing willingness,knowledge sharing behavior,knowledge hiding behavior and interpersonal trust,understand the status quo of knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding among college students,study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding among college students,and on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the knowledge sharing behavior of college students.[Methods]Through the literature research method,read a large number of domestic and foreign documents related to knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding,and determine the measurement scales of knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge hiding behavior of college students;Through the questionnaire survey method,the questionnaire was distributed on the questionnaire star,and a total of 931 valid questionnaires were received;Statistical analysis through statistical analysis.[Results]Reliability and validity analysis of the scale,the scale has good reliability and validity;According to the results of factor analysis,interpersonal trust can be divided into two dimensions:"emotional trust"and"personal trust";Knowledge hiding behavior can be divided into two dimensions:"active hiding"and"passive hiding",different from Connelly to divide knowledge hiding into three dimensions;Class atmosphere can be divided into three dimensions:"a sense of belonging","learning atmosphere",and"fair atmosphere".The total average score of knowledge sharing behavior is(3.68±0.74),the total average score of knowledge hiding behavior is(1.88±0.65).Explore the influence of variables such as knowledge sharing willingness,interpersonal trust(emotional trust,cognitive trust),class atmosphere(sense of belonging,learning atmosphere,fairness atmosphere)on college students’knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge hiding behavior.The results show that,compared with the cognitive trust dimension(β=0.163),the affective trust dimension(β=0.262)has a more significant impact on college students’knowledge sharing behavior(R~2=0.322);The effect of the fair atmosphere dimension on college students’knowledge hiding behavior is very small and can be ignored(R~2=0.216).Relevant analysis of knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge hiding behavior of college students(r=-0.260),there is a significant negative correlation between knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge hiding behavior of college students.[Conclusions]The knowledge sharing behavior of college students is above average;Knowledge sharing willingness,interpersonal trust,and class atmosphere have a significant impact on college students’knowledge sharing behaviors;Gender,whether to be a cadre,and academic performance have a significant impact on college students’knowledge sharing behavior.The knowledge hiding behavior of college students is low;Knowledge sharing willingness,interpersonal trust,and class atmosphere have a significant impact on college students’knowledge hiding behaviors;Gender,whether to be a cadre,and academic performance have a significant impact on college students’knowledge hiding behavior. |
