At present we are at the knowledge economy era,human social development relies on the nature resources,the huge labor market and accumulation of original capital.Thus as the accelerate development of the Times and human civilization,knowledge has become the most important factor in productivity.Competition between organizations also evolves into the knowledge innovation competition war.The tacit knowledge plays a vital role in the knowledge innovation.Tacit knowledge refers to those which can not be coded,can not be easy to clearly describe.Usually it refers to the college students' empirical knowledge including expression ability,reflection ability,problem solving skills and so on.Tacit knowledge management is essentially to share and create the existing empirical knowledge,knowledge planning and application activities.Along with the advancing of market economy,enterprises have more and more demand for graduates.Good psychological quality and solid specialized knowledge are the basis,what's more important,comprehensive vocational quality of graduates is the crucial ability.Presentation skills,active thinking ability,the capacity of finding and settling problems also become the criterion to measure the quality of graduates.This is eager for perfecting college students' knowledge management and play out the potential of recessive knowledge which can effectively improve college students' knowledge level and the comprehensive competitiveness.And then enhancing colleges and universities' core competitiveness which can not be copied.According to the survey,nearly half of organization knowledge is the organization members' tacit knowledge.The benign development and innovation ability of modern society reflects from the knowledge transformation ability.Of course,effective use of tacit knowledge is the foundation of knowledge creation,is the key to realize independent innovation,is crucial for the steady and sound development of the organization.Tacit knowledge management can enhancecollege students' independent innovation capacity and knowledge level,improve the core competition of college students.In addition this thesis contains literature analysis and empirical research,on the survey results,implicit knowledge sharing has many problems in the tacit knowledge itself,Knowledge owners,knowledge receivers,sharing behavior and sharing environment.implicit knowledge is hard to comprehend,knowledge owners sharing intention is very weak,knowledge recipients' sharing ability is limited,information technology is not developed,knowledge sharing culture atmosphere is not strong,incentive mechanism is not perfect and unreasonable organization structure as various factors for the combined action.So this thesis gives the pertinence suggestion to the concrete problems of the college students' tacit knowledge sharing.At the individual level we need to train college students' knowledge sharing ability;At the organizational level we need to optimize the management organization and thought of the recessive knowledge sharing;At the technical level we need to build the tacit knowledge sharing platform;At the cultural level we need to build the culture atmosphere of mutual trust and harmonious sharing;In the aspect of mechanism we need to choose reasonable and effective incentive mechanism.There are a total of five sections in this thesis,part one is about research background and meaning,correlate research and literature commentary inside and outside China,primary research content and methods;Part two includes main concept and related theory of this article;Part three is about college students' surveys and interviews of A university that is to acquaint college students' current situation of tacit knowledge sharing;Part four is through some college interview and survey results to analyze the problems and reasons of College students' tacit knowledge sharing;Part five is from five aspects which includes individual,organization,technology,culture and mechanism to put forward sound and effective measures for facilitating college students' tacit knowledge sharing.
