A Study On The Strategies Of Promoting The Return Of College Students In Enshi Tujia And Miao Autonomous Prefecture To Start Their Own Businesses

Enshi prefecture is located in the western part of hubei province.Facing the national mass entrepreneurship and innovation trend.With the help of its own geographical advantages,it vigorously promotes and encourages college students to return to their hometowns and start businesses.Through the promulgation of a series of policies to support entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns,a large number of excellent entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns have been cultivated,and many local enshi enterprises with strong driving capacity and remarkable effect on the income of the masses have been established.It is of great significance for enshi prefecture college students to return home and start their own business to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and accelerate the development of western China.In the course of the exploration,we have taken a road of independent development,innovation and poverty alleviation.But at present enshi area due to the weak educational resources and underdeveloped economy,which leads to the serious outflow of personnel and the shortage of talent reserve.At the same time,the research in this paper found that the current enshi prefecture on the existing policy of entrepreneurship policy publicity is not in place.Based on this situation,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of enshi university graduates returning to their hometowns and starting businesses through interviews.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the low entrepreneurial intention of college students returning to their hometowns in enshi prefecture,Draw the following conclusion:1.Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture government departments do not play a leading role;2.At present,the policy system of college students’returning home to start their own business in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is not sound,and some of the policies have not yet been implemented.3.Lack of entrepreneurship education and insufficient publicity of entrepreneurship policy.On the basis of summing up the experience of college students returning home to start their own businesses in the advanced areas in China,this paper puts forward four countermeasures for the college students returning home to start their own businesses in enshi city.2.The government and universities jointly establish the home-returning entrepreneurship education system;3.Strengthen the publicity work of returning home to start a business;4.College students strengthen their own quality.The aim is to help enshi prefecture create a culture of "returning home and starting businesses" and a one-stop policy guidance platform through comprehensive improvement measures.To make enshi state students return home entrepreneurship system better adapt to the development needs of The Times,enshi state’s economic development to a new level.
