Enshi Tujia And Miao Autonomous Prefecture Key High School Physical Education Candidates Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Training

The sports college entrance examination is an important way to train and select sports talents.The cultural learning and physical training of PE students in senior high school is an important stage of talent cultivation.The quality of students determines the cost and difficulty of education and affects the quality of some PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.This paper takes Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as the research object.Through the methods of literature review,investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.1.The number of PE examinees in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is increasing year by year.The participation of key middle schools in the college entrance examination for physical education is gradually decreasing.The participation of ordinary private middle schools in the sports college entrance examination gradually increased,while the number of examinees and schools in ordinary public middle schools did not change much.Enshi state physical education examinee's skill section crossing line rate,the undergraduate course admission rate are all higher than hubei province college entrance examination situation.2.In Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,examinees come from rural areas more than urban areas,and urban areas more than urban areas.The male to female ratio is about 4:1,and liberal arts more than science;Most of the examinee's parents are migrant workers,only 18.8% of the examinee's parents are not migrant workers,most of them are not the only child,only 28.0% of the only child.Built schools sports teams have different time,participated in physical training is given priority to with to start the semester on high,training form special group training is given priority to,collective body quality training and training time with extracurricular activities in the afternoon and the common physical education is given priority to,and even some schools in training during morning independent study,time were greater than 1.5 hours a day.The situation of sports injury is relatively good,the physical training instructor is not good for the physical education students' material selection,with low requirements or no material selection as the main reason,resulting in the low quality of the students of the physical education team,the general cultural foundation of the physical education candidates is not high,the interest in cultural learning is low,for the students who set up a physical education class with a satisfactory attitude.The physical training is mainly exam-oriented;The examinee's self-discipline is poor,the use of extracurricular time is not high,the lack of effective supervision in cultural learning,the college entrance examination goal is not clear.3.The physical training instructors under investigation are mainly male,and their ages are mainly middle-aged and young;The special distribution is relatively uniform,the athletes' grades are generally not high,the educational and professional title structure is relatively reasonable,and the training degree of concentration is relatively high.Papers,scientific research published less,less opportunity for teachers to further education.There is not much communication between teachers,and they do not care enough about students' cultural learning.The unconsciousness of sports training mainly exists in the culture of teachers' daily training and sports examinees Learning and physical training.4.The surveyed schools do not attach much importance to the physical education college entrance examination,and the welfare satisfaction of physical training instructors is not high.Schools and sports bureaus of counties and cities have not formulated clear unified policies for the college entrance examination.The facilities in the school are relatively short and do not meet the standards.The indoor facilities are few,which basically meet the needs of training.The parents of the examinee generally support,and the communication with the physical training instructor is relatively good,the Internet has increased the path of communication,but the output of communication content is mainly based on the training results.The dietary nutrition of the students is average.Combined with the actual situation of the physical education students,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: to cultivate students' good moral character,to promote the students to develop a good sense of fair competition;Strengthen the management of sports teams,balance the attention paid by students and training;Conscientiously study and implement relevant policies and regulations of sports,explore the setting of sports college entrance examination items;Pay more attention to the college entrance examination of physical education and improve the welfare of physical training teachers;Strengthen the communication with the three parties to promote the healthy development of sports students.
