Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Korean Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Their Own Businesses

Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture of jilin province is the only Korean autonomous prefecture in China.It is located in the eastern part of jilin province,bordering on Russia and the DPRK.After the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and South Korea,the population of the Korean rural areas began to lose large areas,leading to the phenomenon of hollowing out in the Korean rural areas.The majority of migrant workers go abroad,mainly to South Korea.According to statistics from the ministry of justice of South Korea,as of 2018,the Korean ethnic group in South Korea has reached about 710,000,which is equivalent to one-third of the total Korean population in China.In recent years,from the perspective of the international situation,the currency of South Korea and Japan has been devalued,the income of migrant workers has been greatly reduced and employment is difficult.Meanwhile,the diplomatic relations between China,Japan and China and South Korea are complex and changeable.In view of the domestic situation,the state,provincial and state organs at all levels have introduced a series of preferential policies for promoting employment through entrepreneurship.Therefore,the number of people returning from abroad gradually increased,set off a“tide of reflux”.Migrant workers return home entrepreneurship for hometown's economic development and social stability plays an important role,for the new rural construction and rural poverty alleviation works has important strategic significance,but at present,in the process of the korean farmers home business exposes some problems,this paper takes the Korean migrant workers return home entrepreneurship as the background,combined with the literature research and field research method,with ChunYang pools county town as the field points,system study of the causes of promoting the farmers returning home,home business current situation and existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problem,in order to improve the Korean farmers returning entrepreneurial environment,shift farmers entrepreneurial ideas help.This paper consists of three parts:abstract,text and conclusion.Paper first to ChunYang pools county town as the breakthrough point,this paper introduces the basic situation of the field point,and from the Angle of the pioneering industry and scale two ChunYang town home business situation are introduced,based on the analyzes the reason of Korean migrant workers return home entrepreneurship,there are mainly two aspects of objective and subjective factors,objective factors are mainly domestic policy support and rural areas have abundant natural resources,etc.Subjective motivations include Chinese people' s feelings of settling down and relocating,their limited skills and the completion of a certain amount of capital accumulation.Next,the paper analyzes the problems faced by Korean farmers in the process of returning home to start their own businesses.Subjective reasons are mainly due to the lack of entrepreneurial ability of farmers,conservative ideas and so on.Finally,according to the problems faced by entrepreneurial farmers,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper tries to find out the law and pattern of the Korean farmers returning home to start their business.
