| The mental development of primary school students is not mature enough,the ability of self-control is not enough,there will be a variety of problem behaviors that are inconsistent with the classroom teaching goals.In the senior grade,the rapid development of students’ body,psychological and physiological development are not synchronous,sometimes do things without considering the consequences,which brings a certain degree of difficulty to teachers’ classroom management.The living environment of students in the urban-rural fringe is not stable,the surrounding environment is complex and chaotic,and the behavior habits of students are not standardized.The emergence of classroom problem behavior brings some troubles to teachers’ normal teaching.At present,there is not a detailed and in-depth study on the classroom problem behaviors of students in the urban-rural fringe.Therefore,this paper focuses on the investigation of the problem behaviors of the senior primary school students in the urban-rural fringe,studies the causes of the problem behaviors of the students in such areas,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,through the long-term observation and analysis of classroom problem behavior of senior primary school students in the urban-rural fringe,literature review of related research,questionnaire and interview were conducted.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,we can understand the current situation and causes of the survey problems,and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems.The results are summarized as follows:The results show that:(1)the classroom problem behaviors of senior primary school students are common;(2)the classroom problem behaviors of senior primary school students are mainly mild,and the most of them are introverted;(3)The frequency of classroom problem behavior in graduating class is high;(4)young teachers generally deal with classroom problems in a single way and lack of flexibility;(5)students’ parents’ occupation is unstable and family education is weak.The results show that:(1)students’ reasons: Students’ cognitive gap is large,academic pressure is large,and students’ management emotion and behavior ability are insufficient.(2)Teacher’s reason: the teacher’s lesson preparation is not enough,the classroom control ability is insufficient,the teacher’s education thought is backward.(3)Family reasons: parents’ improper requirements for students and bad family atmosphere(4)environmental factors: the class environment is not ideal,the impact of the social environment,the living environment of students is complex.Based on this,we believe that we must understand each student’s background,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,stimulate students’ interest in learning,make full use of pedagogy and psychology knowledge in preparing lessons before class,make classroom rules,flexible teaching methods,establish good teacher-student relationship with students,strengthen home school cooperation,and help students correct classroom problem behaviors,For serious classroom problem behaviors,teachers should properly carry out education and punishment. |
