All along,the physical health of primary school students has attracted much social attention.China is a large agricultural country.The proportion of rural primary school students is much higher than that in cities.Physical exercise is the most important means and method to improve the physical fitness of primary school students,but it is affected by family concepts in rural areas.With the influence of the school education concept,parents and teachers are neglected in the physical education of primary school students.They believe that physical exercise is optional,which directly causes the current situation that rural primary school students are not paid attention to and the physical behavior is seriously insufficient.In May 2019,the "Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting Urban and Rural Integration Development Mechanisms and Policy Systems" issued by the State Council of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote the balanced development of urban and rural educational resources,promote the standardization of urban and rural education,and improve the urban and rural education concept.The good development of urban and rural education lays a good foundation.Under the guidance of this policy,while improving the education concept in rural schools,we should draw on the experience of urban sports education for rural elementary school physical education,combined with its own regional characteristics,strengthen the physical exercise of rural primary school students and improve the formation of their physical behavior.This research uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and other research methods to investigate and study the sports behavior of rural primary school students through research,to understand the current sports behavior of rural primary school students in Tangshan City and its influencing factors,etc.Therefore,the corresponding mitigation strategies are proposed.The following results are obtained through research:1.The site of rural primary schools in Tangshan City is still ordinary sand and stone sites.This shows that in the context of urban-rural integration,rural primary school students sports behavior training conditions are inadequate,and less attention is paid to teacher resources.The basic conditions fr primary school students sports behavior training are relatively inadequate,and the urban-rural integration strategy needs to be further implemented.2.Rural primary school students of different grads and genders have obvious differences in sports cognition,sports interest,and sports motivation have improved,but they have different performances in different genders.Boys have higher sports cognition and sports interest than girls.In terms of sports motivation,there is no significant difference between men and women.It shows that under the background of the integrated development of urban and rural areas.there are many problems in the cultivation of rural pupils' sports behaviors.3.In order to better implement and implement the urban-rural integration development strategy,rural primary schools in the cultivation of primary school students' sports behaviors,enrich the content of physical education,and activelyencourage pupils of all grades to participate in morning exercises and inter-class exercises.The school actively encourages students to participate in off-campus sports activities in order to cultivate the students' sports behaviors,but the shortcoming is that due to the lack of popularization of the concept of urban-rural integration development,the effect of rural pupils' off-campus sports behavior training is not ideal.4.Society,school,family,and students are the main factors that influence the cultivation of rural pupils' sports behavior.In turn,the implementation of policies,the emphasis on school sports,the degree of leadership,the discipline status of sports courses,education funding,internal school sports regulations,the importance of teachers,the quality of teachers themselves,the innovation of teacher teaching concepts and teacher training,The importance of student sports participation,understanding of sports behavior,attitude to student physical exercise,student's sports interest and attitude,student's understanding of sports,student's sports outlook.5.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of sports behaviors of rural elementary school students,the development strategy further proposed in this study is:the government should strengthen the overall planning of school sports,clarify the responsibilities and rights of functional departments,formulate sports curriculum plans in accordance with national requirements,and optimize sports facilities,Provide adequate protection for students,organize morning exercises,inter-class exercise management personnel,help students better participate in sports activities,improve the strength of teachers,strengthen students' awareness of sports,and strengthen the cultivation of primary school students' awareness of physical exercise.
