Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Network Literacy From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Since the eighteen Party’s Congress,the Party Central Committee with the core of Comrade Xi Jinping has grasped the trend of the times,followed closely the pace of the times,and emphasized the establishment of Internet thinking and the importance of network construction.In the nineteen major reports of the party,General Secretary Xi Jinping talked about the Internet 8 times,and at the national network security and informatization working conference,he pointed out that the majority of netizens should grasp the laws of the Internet,guide the network public opinion,protect the network security,control the development of information,and realize the transformation and upgrading of our country from the network power to the "network power".To achieve the strategic goal of "cyber power",the key is to cultivate cyber citizens who meet the requirements of the new era.As the network aborigines,the contemporary college students have a natural close relationship with the network.The network is not only an important way for them to acquire new knowledge,promote communication and improve themselves,but also has a profound impact on their ideological,political and moral development.In the era of "Internet plus",strengthening the education of network literacy and improving the level of network literacy of college students not only affect the practice of the core values of college students in the Internet age,but also relate to the construction of the subject of network ideological and political education,and also the realization of the goal of the "network power" in the country.Therefore,from the perspective of Ideological and political education,the research on the cultivation of College Students’ network literacy has practical theoretical significance and practical value.This article mainly includes the following:The author found that by reviewing,combing,and summarizing the academic achievements of relevant scholars at home and abroad,most scholars at this stage mainly conduct network literacy research from the perspective of "tool people" of information technology.The "social person" attribute of cyber citizens,that is,whether cyber citizens can have a good outlook on life,values,politics,morality,and the rule of law in cyber life is a major issue related to cyber sovereignty and national ideological security.However,this type of research has not attracted widespread attention and attention in the academic community.Therefore,this study takes this opportunity as an opportunity to take contemporary college students as the main research subject,to enhance their ideological and political literacy in online life as the focus point,to clarify the concept,content and significance of the cultivation of network literacy of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education.Through carrying out a questionnaire survey of college students ’network literacy,collecting data,analyzing the current situation of college students’ network literacy,focusing on the analysis of existing problems and their causes,so as to propose targeted and actionable countermeasures.It not only made up for the ideological education defects of college students’ network literacy education ignoring ideals,beliefs,values,and political opinions,but also made up for the deficiencies of college ideological and political education ignoring the learning of network information technology theory,and promoted the theoretical development of college ideological and political education;Through the investigation and research within its ability,it provides new ideas and inspirations for teachers and students to carry out network literacy cultivation,new experience summary and new method reference,and contributes a small amount to improving the targeted and timeliness of network literacy cultivation of college students.
