Since the Guangzhou Municipal Government started the pilot program of purchasing social work professional services in 2009,Guangzhou social work has experienced nearly ten years of development.In 2018,the Guangzhou Municipal Government launched a new round of street-selling social work professional services,raising the project funding to 2.4 million yuan/year.The original family comprehensive service center was renamed the “social worker service station”.Through the literature research,in-depth interview and participatory observation,this study analyzes the salary problem of Guangzhou social work service station under the guidance of comprehensive compensation theory.The study found that the current salary system of the social work station in Guangzhou is generally imperfect,mainly in three aspects:First,the overall wage and welfare level is low,internal distribution has differentiated contradictions;second,insufficient incentives for professionals The salary of professionals who have not held management positions is low;the third is that the professional development space of professionals is blocked and the sense of work value is low,which leads to serious personnel loss.The institutional reasons behind these problems are the administrative system and the lack of professional positions,so that the salary design does not reflect the professional skills and post value of professionals.Based on the above status quo,this study is based on the social work professional grade/job title,according to the level of professional qualifications,re-establish the post grade and salary release basis,and explore the professional salary system construction.Due to insufficient funds purchased by the government,the overall income of professionals in social service stations is low.Therefore,it is proposed that social workers need to improve their self-hematopoietic ability to support the professional development of institutions,and elaborate on social workers' self-hematopoietic The approach and basic strategic framework,in order to make a useful reference for professional social work institutions to constantly improve the salary system and improve employee salaries.
