With the change and development of these years,people’s concept of “post natal recovery” has changed unprecedentedly.At present,postpartum recovery has become one of the most concerned hot spots for women.The good recovery of postpartum women is not only of great significance to themselves,but also plays a great role in family happiness and career success,so pregnant women put forward higher demand for postpartum recovery.This paper will integrate yoga into postpartum recovery,which is an innovative exercise mode,and it will become a characteristic exercise for postpartum women.The aim is to analyze the reasons for the change of women’s body shape after childbirth and to clarify the negative impact on women’s life.Based on the principle of yoga,breathing,posture,etc.,to develop a set of suitable for female postpartum recovery yoga exercise,and consciously make guide training,through the science of yoga exercise training,accurate records body shape index,scientific statistics analysis of changes in 12 weeks yoga exercise training,female postpartum recovery yoga for the future to provide the theory and practice basis.This study randomly selected 20 postpartum women in normal childbirth(lactation)as the experimental subjects for 12 weeks of yoga intervention,and adopted the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics to more comprehensively and accurately reflect the changes of body shape from the two aspects of body physique and body posture.Specific analysis results show that:First,physical evaluation and analysis:(1)The body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,lower abdominal circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,big arm circumference,calf circumference,small arm circumference and other indicators of the experimental group and the control group conform to the normal distribution before the experiment,and there is no significant difference after independent sample t-test(P>0.05),indicating that the body shape of postpartum women in the experimental group and the control group basically does not have The difference is large,which meets the requirements of the experiment.(2)After the experiment,the body weight,waist circumference,lowerabdomen circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,big arm circumference,calf circumference and small arm circumference of the experimental group decreased in varying degrees;the chest circumference increased and had significant differences(P<0.05),which proved that the training effect of postpartum yoga was not always good.(3)The control group after 12 weeks,body mass index has significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting the postpartum weight such as the body’s natural metabolic and endocrine factors,and the other indicators: waist circumference,under 6,thigh circumference,chest circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference,crus surrounds,forearm circumference were no significant difference(P>0.05),but these index values can be reduced to a different degree,with a difference.(4)The experimental group and control group after the intervention measure analysis: two groups of comparison,body weight,chest circumference has no significant difference(P>0.05),with the body’s natural metabolism,endocrine,breast-feeding,factors such as different levels of change,the rest of the index,waist circumference,under 6,hip,thigh circumference and arm circumference,crus surrounds,forearm circumference were significant difference(P<0.05),the analysis shows that yoga exercise can more effectively improve surrounded degree index.Second,the evaluation and analysis of body posture:(1)Three dimensions including the back,side and front of body posture of20 postpartum were selected.The results showed that there were incorrect body posture in 20 women after childbirth,accounting for 100% of the total.In addition,the study also found that there are four types of incorrect body posture:upper cross syndrome,scoliosis,lower cross syndrome,pelvic lumbar wrong posture.The formation of these incorrect postures is closely related to the hormone secretion in the body,the change of physiological structure and the incorrect habits formed by taking care of children unintentionally during pregnancy.(2)The tester evaluates and records the data through the posture evaluation form.The results showed that the correction rate of the experimental group was75%,the correction rate of the lower cross syndrome was 57%,the correction rate of the pelvis and lumbar vertebrae was 63%,and the correction rate of scoliosis was 75%.(3)The correction rate of the control group was 11%,the correction rate of the lower cross syndrome was 13%,the correction rate of the pelvis and lumbar vertebrae was 0%,and the correction rate of the spine side was 57% The bending correction rate was 0%.It can be seen that the incorrect body posture of postpartum women can be improved after yoga exercise correction training,but the results of the control group without scientific yoga exercise correction are greatly reduced.In conclusion,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Yoga exercise has a significant impact on the change of body shape of postpartum women.Through the practice of yoga,postpartum women can improve the body shape caused by their production.Through the body physical indicators,we can know the positive changes of body weight,waist circumference,chest circumference,hip circumference,lower abdomen circumference,thigh circumference,big arm circumference,calf circumference and small arm circumference.(2)Through the evaluation results of body posture index and yoga training correction,the analysis shows that the majority of postpartum women’s body posture has been changed,only a few need long-term correction training,do a good follow-up guidance,to improve the body posture and promote mental health.(3)According to the survey of the demand for physical recovery of women after normal childbirth,80% of the respondents are eager to change the status quo.The wrong living habits and physiological characteristics are the reasons for the change of their body shape.According to the conclusion of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the storage of yoga and postnatal recovery knowledge,and put it into practice.Postnatal women should exercise the shoulder,neck,chest and waist properly,or do appropriate relaxation exercises on the muscles of these parts,so as to relieve fatigue,shape body shape,improve body posture,achieve the purpose of pleasant mood and improve mental health level.(2)Postpartum women need to master the basic technical characteristics and practice essentials of yoga,safe and scientific practice,slowly develop thehabit of exercising,draw energy from exercise,and integrate into life and work in a better state.Postpartum yoga exercise can effectively improve the body posture and physique of normal parturient women,improve their health and physique,improve their bad mood and postpartum depression,cultivate their self-confidence and enhance their adaptability.Through the combination of physical and posture training,not only burning fat to lose weight,reduce the circumference of all parts of the body,but also improve the body posture,and create a correct and beautiful body shape for postpartum women.(3)Improve the family’s attention to the recovery of postpartum women,and increase the number of times that postpartum women practice yoga in the golden period.After 42 days of postpartum,the secretion can be cleaned before exercise recovery.Six months after the puerperal period is the golden stage of postpartum recovery.Effectively reduce the weight of postpartum women,reduce the body circumference,improve the body posture caused by many factors,further improve the body function,improve the bad mood and reduce the harm of postpartum depression,round each woman’s postpartum recovery dream,and ensure family happiness and social harmony. |
