Objective: pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, obesity and psychological depression are common problems in postpartum women.Yoga helps to improve physical and mental health. In this study, the intervention effect of yoga on postpartum women's pelvic floor muscle strength, body shape and postpartum psychological status was observed,so as to provide an empirical basis for postpartum women's exercise rehabilitation methods. Methods: a total of 31 pregnant women were enrolled in this study, which were voluntarily divided into experimental group(19,hereinafter referred to as group Y)and control group(12,hereinafter referred to as group C).Group Y did yoga exercise for a period of 12 w,3 times a week, each time for 60 minutes, while group C did not do any rehabilitation exercise except for normal life.Body shape indicators(postpartum retention weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio, skin fold thickness, rectus abdominis separation degree),pelvic floor condition indicators(GRRUG,pfdi-20),and postpartum depression indicators(EPDS)were measured and compared between the two groups before and after 12 w yoga exercise. Results: 1.After the correlation analysis of the measured indicators,it was found that the pfc-20 scores of pregnant women in the two groups were positively correlated with the scores of DRA and EPDS,and negatively correlated with BMI.EPDS was negatively correlated with pelvic floor muscle fiber strength of class I and class II.Pelvic floor type II muscle fiber muscle strength was negatively correlated with DRA and postpartum retention weight.2.12 w after yoga practice, there were significant differences in pelvic floor muscle fiber strength of type I and type II in group Y compared with group C(p < 0.01).There was no significant difference in popdi-6score between group Y and group C(p > 0.05).The score of cradi-8 in group Y was significantly different from that in group C(p < 0.05).The udi-6 score in group Y was significantly different from that in group C(p < 0.01).3.After 12 w yoga practice, there was no significant difference in postpartum weight retention and BMI between group Y and group C(p > 0.05).There was a significant difference in the degree of separation between the waist-to-hip ratio and the rectus abdominis in group C(p <0.05).There was a significant difference in the thickness of abdominal skin fold in group Y compared with group C(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the thickness of the triceps skin fold and the thickness of the skin fold at the subscapular Angle in group C(p > 0.05).4.After 12 w yoga practice, the EPDS score of group Y was significantly different from that of group C(p < 0.01).Conclusion: 1.There is a certain correlation between the physiological rehabilitation index and the psychological index of postpartum women.2.Yoga training can effectively improve postpartum female pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce the impact of pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms on daily life,so as to effectively prevent pelvic floor dysfunction;3.Yoga training can effectively reduce the waist circumference and waist fat of postpartum women, and help to restore the detached rectus abdominis, but it has no obvious effect on weight, shoulder, back and upper arm fat;4.Yoga training has positive effects on postpartum women's mental health.Suggestions: 1.There is a certain correlation between physiological rehabilitation index and psychological index of postpartum women. Therefore,it is suggested that postpartum women choose the rehabilitation method that combines physical and mental health to achieve better recovery effect.2.12 w yoga practice can have a positive impact on postpartum women's body and mind,is a suitable exercise mode for postpartum rehabilitation,it is recommended to popularize among postpartum women;3.Postpartum women's diet and daily physical activity are also important factors affecting their body shape indicators, which may be the reason why there is no significant change in some body shape indicators in this study.Due to the limitation of experimental conditions, this study cannot be strictly controlled. We will try our best to solve this problem in the follow-up study.
