In different historical periods,people's ideas will change,such as the pursuit of fitness and body.The heart of beauty is everywhere,and postpartum women who have experienced a long period of pregnancy are no exception.However,most of the maternal postpartum physical and psychological changes have occurred before pregnancy,which has caused great trouble to the women who love beauty.In order to solve the problems of maternal postpartum body recovery and mental health,many scholars have carried out corresponding research.Among them,the research on postpartum sports is mostly aerobics and yoga.The current research on combining the two to study the effect of fitness body is less.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental research method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other research methods to understand the mental health,physical recovery needs and family situation of normal delivery maternity.Exercise training is based on relevant theories,following the principles of necessity,safety,science,practice and pertinence and tries to combine aerobics and yoga exercises to design a post-natal exercise recovery program,and study 20 normal delivery women.The experimental group and the control group were equally divided into a postpartum recovery exercise of 24 weeks after the puerperium period.Mathematical and statistical analysis was carried out on the results before and after the experiment,and the following research results were obtained:1.Through the investigation of the physical function,psychology and family of the normal delivery,it is learned that most of the normal delivery women hope to resume postpartum recovery through exercise,to achieve the effect of shaping the body shape,restoring bodily functions and improving mental health.2.According to the principle of safety,science,pertinence,necessity and practice,the post-natal recovery exercise program of aerobics combined with yoga practice was designed.3.The specific content of this exercise program is: 24 weeks postpartumrecovery exercise after the normal delivery period,this exercise is divided into 4 practice stages,each part of the practice content is from the preparation part of the joint activities to the beginning of fitness warm up,transition to the basic part of the exercise(aerobics combined with yoga)and the end part of the yoga,and the practice of convergence was increased during the first phase and the second phase.4.The experiments showed that the normal delivery of maternal postpartum recovery aerobics combined with yoga exercises can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of normal delivery women,reduce the body weight and body fat,reduce body circumference,improve physical function,improve poor emotions and the reduction of postpartum depression,but also confirmed that the implementation of this exercise program was very important for women's postpartum recovery.
