With the development of the society, the social rhythm speeding up, more women are actively join in the national construction, not only do they like men bear the major responsibility in the building of socialism, also pregnant is the next generation of family responsibility, attach importance to improving maternal health of body and mind the national quality, is conducive to full fitness, be of great importance to national prosperity, therefore how maternal postpartum recovery better physical and mental health has become the focus of society, the family. Mothers during pregnancy and after pregnancy, physical and mental great changes have taken place, they are eager to restore pregnant body shape and the size of state, hopes to use the most perfect body and health psychology to face work and life. In recent years, the "heating" radiation of yoga to the demand of every age, therefore, more widely, involving community maternal as a special group in the movement of yoga. Women before and during the period of "lili", unscientific supplements, body fat percentage increases rapidly, causing physical and mental pressure. In this paper, by making yoga exercise prescription, aimed at strengthening women's waist, abdominal strength, achieve the goal of reduced fat, shaping; To enhance the stability of the spine and flexibility, improve poor posture; Promote metabolism, the improvement of the body to accelerate the recovery of the body. Strive to statistics body, heart recovery index scientifically. In maternal postpartum body shape, body function and physical quality, psychological health has obvious recovery effect, provides the theory and practice basis for the postpartum recovery.Sports daily life as usual, to minimize this experiment study the influence of diet differences. This paper adopted the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, the methods of statistical analysis. In respectively before and after the experiment tests the subjects' body shape index, physical quality index, body function index, the mental health indicators, resulting from the questionnaire will be measured by using SPSS19.0 software, data collection and processing of mathematical statistics analysis, the indicators of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment respectively changes of difference experimental results show that:(1) After 16 weeks of yoga practice, the indexes of body build maternal, surrounds, arm circumference, calf circumference was very significant difference, weight, BIM, waist circumference, hip circumference ratio has significant difference; Height than there was no significant difference, after experimental indexes are better than before the trial.(2) After 16 weeks of yoga practice, maternal physical quality index, sit-ups, holding a stick shoulder turn, eye closure has significant differences on one leg, grip, after the quality indicators are better than before.(3) After 16 weeks of yoga practice, maternal body function index, quiet heart rate by significant difference; Recovery after exercise heart rate, vital capacity, quiet heart rate was very significant difference. Experiment indexes of physical functioning after is better than before.(4) After 16 weeks of yoga practice, after 16 weeks of yoga practice, the experiment of the control group and experimental group after the comparison, it is concluded that the psychological health indicators of somatization was very significant difference, depression, anxiety scores have significant differences, obsessive-compulsive disorder, human relations, hostility, terror, paranoia and mental symptoms, interpersonal communication, there is nodifference between other scores. For psychology deals with many social factors and psychological change is more complicated, only by the practice of yoga is difficult to make every change on the psychological factors, maternal should combine more maternal psychological condition, for yoga exercise at the same time, timely to psychotherapy.To sum up, after 16 weeks of yoga practice, is advantageous to the maternal body, heart recovery. To achieve the effect of lose weight, shape, strengthen physical health, promote blood circulation, promote maternal mental health, produce positive effects on the improvement of the physical and mental health.
