Research On Rural Entrepreneurship Of University Students In Lianjiang Based On The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core with a view to achieving the "two centenary goals",it is the new banner and general grasp of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era.The promotion of rural revitalization can not be done without the support of talents and technology.The state strongly calls on college students to start their own businesses,especially at the grass-roots level in rural areas.Based on the theory of incentive mechanism of college students’ rural entrepreneurship,this paper studies the countermeasures of promoting college students’ rural entrepreneurship in Lianjiang.Through the methods of relevant literature research,field visit,investigation and discussion,we can understand the stage evolution of "spontaneity,consciousness and precision" in rural entrepreneurship of university students in Lianjiang,this paper summarizes theachievements of college students’ rural entrepreneurship,such as improving the comprehensive strength of rural areas,strengthening the aftereffect of agricultural development,optimizing the Industrial Organization,speeding up the construction process of new rural areas,and promoting the formation of innovative talents.At present,university students in the rural areas of Lianjiang still face many problems,such as the weak radiation of entrepreneurial projects,the implementation of entrepreneurial projects blindly following the trend,the deviation of entrepreneurial industry development guidelines,and the low ability of entrepreneurial industries to resist risks,etc,the main causes are the absence of government offside,the lack of combination of entrepreneurial project and current affairs policy,the lack of project industry pillar,and the extensive management of rural entrepreneurship.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has provided new opportunities for college students to start their own businesses in rural areas,this is mainly reflected in the surging development momentum of Lianjiang,the consensus on accelerating rural revitalization,the "wild goose return effect" of rural entrepreneurship among university students,and the gradual improvement of the business environment,however,the lack of motivation,the lack of coordination of venture capital policy,the lag of entrepreneurship ability and the low degree of cross-border cooperation to support the rural entrepreneurship of university students in Lianjiang seriously restrict the Promotion of rural entrepreneurship of university students in Lianjiang.To this end,this paper proposes to improve the rural talenttraining mechanism,activate the entrepreneurial vitality of college students in rural areas;improve the information linkage and sharing mechanism to enhance the entrepreneurial strength of college students in rural areas;Improving the inter-departmental cooperation mechanism and promoting the high-quality development of college students’ rural entrepreneurship.
