With the rapid improvement of the scientific research level of colleges and universities,the types and number of scientific research are increasing quickly,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities.At present,the management of scientific research achievements through software systems has become a development trend,and major universities have developed their own scientific research achievement management systems.However,the scientific research management mode of some colleges and universities is still backward.Their management depends on labor.The workload is large and the efficiency is low.It is impossible to collect and count scientific research information without delay.Some developed systems have defects such as incomplete functions and scientific research data that can be easily tampered with.Therefore,in order to address the existing flaws,the solution proposed in this thesis uses the popular web development technology and blockchain and develops the scientific research achievements management system based on blockchain in accordance with the demands of the Institute of Information and Computer.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Conduct demand analysis and propose the overall system architecture.Firstly,the analysis of the scientific research achievements management needs of our institute is made,and the roles and functions of the system are clearly defined.Then combined with the characteristics of strong anti-tampering of the blockchain,the overall architecture of the system is proposed,and the system is divided into scientific research achievement management module and data protection module.(2)Design scientific research achievement management module.According to the demand analysis results,the module is divided into three parts: system login,comprehensive management and scientific research achievement management,and each part is designed in detail.Among them,scientific research achievement management is the main function of the system.It is designed into seven categories including scientific research projects,thesis statistics,scientific research achievements,Academic exchanges,studentexchanges,academic activities and teaching achievements,and each category is designed with detailed management content.Then the functions of query,addition,modification and verification of the scientific research achievement management are designed.(3)Design data protection module.According to the characteristics of strong anti-tampering and low data access performance of blockchain,combined with the actual needs of the institute,the data protection scheme combining private blockchain and private IPFS(Inter Planetary File System)network is proposed.This scheme builds a private chain through Ethereum and uses the Po A(Proof of Authority)consensus mechanism to reduce the time to reach consensus.The private chain stores the hash value and IPFS address of scientific research data,and the private IPFS network stores data and files.Finally,data protection was achieved by designing smart contracts.(4)System implementation and testing.According to the system design,all functions are developed based on B/S mode.After completion,the function of the system is tested by the black box test method.The test results show that the system function meets the design expectations.Through the above work,the scientific research achievement management system developed in this thesis is able to aggregate scientific research data timely and comprehensively,and protect the data through the blockchain.It has the characteristics of comprehensive management functions and strong security,which effectively improves the work efficiency of scientific researchers and the safety of the system.
