In order to improve the modern vocational education system and train a large number of technical and technical personnel at all levels for China’s economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,China is conducting exploration and research at the undergraduate level.This article aims at the current problems in the training of undergraduate vocational education talents in China,and constructs a specification requirement for vocational education talents training for undergraduate vocational education in China,which can be used as a reference for the training of undergraduate vocational education institutions in China.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and comparative analysis method.On the one hand,it investigates the current situation of talent cultivation in undergraduate vocational education colleges in China,and finds that undergraduate vocational education in China is still in the exploratory stage.In terms of personnel training,there are still major problems such as the type positioning is not clear,the training objectives are not clear enough,the training specifications and training processes do not meet the characteristics of vocational education,and the training results are not in place.On the other hand,the opinions and suggestions of various types of personnel in relevant colleges and universities on the specifications and requirements for vocational education talent training at the undergraduate level were investigated.This article aims at the main problems in the training of undergraduate-level vocational education talents,based on the theoretical basis and talent training characteristics of vocational education such as humanism,competence-based,pragmatism,and lifelong learning,and with reference to the development of undergraduate-level vocational education talents in developed countries experience and practice,with reference to the suggestions of relevant personnel in the survey,establish the specifications for the training of undergraduate-level vocational education talents in China.This study shows that the specifications for vocational education personnel training at the undergraduate level should include two parts,individual quality requirements and comprehensive vocational ability requirements.Personal quality requirements should include six parts: political ideological quality requirements,moral quality requirements,humanistic quality requirements,scientific qualityrequirements,social quality requirements,and physical and mental quality requirements.The comprehensive professional competence requirements should include four parts: professional competence requirements,method competence requirements,social competence requirements,and professional critical competence requirements.Professional competence requirements include understanding the work process of the job,mastering the professional knowledge of the work process,mastering the professional technical skills of the work process,having actual job competence,problem-solving ability,and innovative ability;method competence requirements include the ability to acquire analysis and processing information,learning ability,and digital application ability,career planning ability,work planning ability,work summary ability;social ability requirements include interpersonal communication and communication ability,cooperation ability and team spirit,relationship processing and organizational coordination ability,foreign language application ability;key career ability requirements include responsibility and professionalism,independence and subjective initiative,craftsmanship,mental endurance and perseverance,resilience,self-development ability.These specifications can be used as a reference for the curriculum setting,talent training program formulation,teaching content selection of teaching methods of vocational education colleges at the undergraduate level.
