Currently, the development of vocational education has entered into the new period which isfull of opportunities, and its sign is to build the modern vocational education systemcomprehensively. After more than30years of construction and accumulation, vocationaleducation teacher training as an important part of vocational education system has developedgreatly. However, whether coverage of epitaxy of teacher training, or intension of organicintegration of academic, vocational and educational nature, in the process of practical vocationaleducation teacher training there are still many problems and confusion which requires combingand exploring deeply and systematically. From the existing research results, there are rich of theempirical study. In-depth research from theoretical perspective is less, and there is also lack ofinnovative research under the theoretical guidance.Therefore, on the basis of Marxist practice, system theory and cognitive flexibility theory,this research combs the literature first, and uses questionnaire and interview survey and otherresearch methods. It takes Tianjin University of Technology and Education as a case which is atypical famous school in vocational education teacher training. Respondents include three groups:freshmen, senior students and graduate alumni. The questionnaires mainly involves sevenimportant aspects of vocational education teacher training, which in detail relates to the schooltraining objective, curriculum structure, courses and its teaching of professional theory(academictraining), professional practice(vocational training), educational theory and practice (educationaltraining), evaluation of the students’ school work,"second class". Meanwhile, this study issupplemented by relevant interviews.Analysising present situation investigation is the main part of this study. On the basis ofdata analysis and interviews, it extracts some common problems in the process of theundergraduate level vocational education teacher training: students do not know enough school’straining objectives, and this leads to a problem that students’learning objectives are not clear;Course overall structure is more rigid, and the ratio of education courses is low; subject nature oftheory curriculum is strong and consistency and application is weak,which reduce students’ studyinitiative; the content of professional practice course cannot effectively docking relevantrequirements, and its teaching is lack of experience and introspection; students benefit fromeducational practice course unevenly and the influence of this course should be increased; thevalues of students "second class" is small, which need more support from school. On the basis of researching problems, this study discusses reform and development of thework of vocational education teacher training through referencing the advanced educationthought, and try to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective ofcombining theory and practice: guiding multiply to improve students’ consciousness of the target,and let it effectively docking school training objectives; improve flexibility of the curriculumplan and make full use of education resources; accelerate the construction and implementation ofthe new course system by the help of multi-departments; research related needs regularly andaccelerate to construct the standard system of professional practice course; the conventionalteaching of the educational practice course should be broken and expand its influence andstudents’ benefit coverage; improve the students "second class", and explore it to promotenurturance education of vocational education teachers.
