| The integration of industry and education has gradually become an importantguiding ideology for the modernization and reform of higher vocational education in China.Deepening the integration of industry and education can effectively promote the organic integration of the two systems of education and industry,which has positive significance for the development of the whole economy and society.Higher vocational education has gradually adapted to the speed of China’s economic development,focusing on cultivation and schooling research in the slow development stage,and on deeper integration of industry and education research in the rapid development stage.The transformation and development of the integ ration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate institutions will be the key research object in the future,mainly including such topics as school-enter prise cooperation,applied talent training,vocational undergraduate upgrading and transformation,and quality optimisation of higher vocational talents.Using the literature review method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,this study analyses the value of industry-education integration on the cultivation of applied talents and how to realise the value of industry-education integration on the cultivation of applied talents in China as well as the relevant factors affecting the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the lifelong education theory,demand determinism,CAS theory and sustainable development theory,the scale of the value of integration of industry and education to the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents was constructed,and questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate teachers,students and relevant personnel from vocational undergraduate colleges,general higher education institutions and enterprises respectively.Through industry-education integration school-enterprise cooperation,education resources are allocated centrally,innovation platforms are built,technological and industrial innovation is continuously promoted,and new goals for the development of applied talent training are achieved.In-depth focus on the integration of industry-education talent cultivation model,exploring the real-life issues affecting the enhancement of talent cultivation quality from multiple perspectives of schools,society,enterprises and individuals,and building an influential academic community for the integration of industry-education.Drawing on the successful experience of the development of international vocational undergraduate education,try to formulate a development plan for vocational undergraduate education in China and build an external guarantee pathway to clarify new ideas for the development of applied talents. |
