With the promulgation and implementation of important regulations such as the "Provisions for the Management of Vocational School Student Internships" and the "Standards for Post-Internship in E-commerce Majors in Higher Vocational Schools",the state has paid more and more attention to the quality of internships in e-commerce majors in higher vocational schools.From the perspective of student satisfaction with internships,this study explores the feelings and influencing factors of internships for e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges,reflects on the existing problems of e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges,to provide a basis for improving the education and teaching of e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges and the quality of internships.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method,randomly selected fresh graduates of some vocational e-commerce majors in NC as the survey objects.Based on the existing literature and theoretical results,I have compiled the "Satisfaction Questionnaire for the E-commerce Majors’ internships Satisfaction Survey",In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,a preliminary test questionnaire was issued before the formal survey.The questionnaire was tested with exploratory factor analysis and other methods.Three items were deleted based on the test results to form a formal Questionnaire.In the end,212 valid formal questionnaires were collected through "Wen Juan Xing".At the same time,confirmatory factor analysis and other methods showed that the formal questionnaire had good reliability and validity.Processed the questionnaire data through software such as SPSS and combined with the interview content,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The dimensions and overall satisfaction of internships of higher vocational e-commerce students are between "average" and "satisfactory",and the satisfaction from high to low is the internship harvest,work content,work atmosphere,School management,internship conditions,internship unit management.(2)Among the 26 measurementindicators of satisfaction of internships,interns’ satisfaction with salary is the lowest,at 3.43 points,and their satisfaction with expanding horizons is the highest,at 4.05 points.(3)About the satisfaction of internships for e-commerce majors in higher vocational education,There are significant differences in terms of job positions,reasons for choosing an e-commerce major,internship pathways,internship income,willingness to continue to engage in the e-commerce industry,professional satisfaction,awareness of the importance of internship,and there are no significant differences in terms of interns’ gender,birthplace,and monthly expenditures.Based on the above research results,this article puts forward several suggestions for internships in higher vocational education at the school level: first,strengthen professional construction based on regional economy;second,improve management systems and improve service levels;third,strengthen teacher training and promote team building;The fourth is to stimulate students’ interest and create a good atmosphere.
