On Countermeasures And The Present Situation Of The Internship For The Preschool Education Major In Higher Vocational Colleges

Internship is one of the key parts for talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and is directly related to enhance students' professional consciousness and professional skills.In order to improve the quality of internship of higher vocational students majored in preschool education,this paper takes the Hebei Insitute of Foreign Languages as the research sample to investigate the internship of students majored in preschool education in higher vocational colleges based on the analysis on the domestic and foreign research status.Define the main problems and propose some strategies to solve them.This paper found less than half of the students majored in preschool education in higher vocational colleges internships less than eight weeks.The performance of internship behavior is in good condition and the girl get along with children is better than boys.Family income has a great impact on the relationship between teachers and students.More than half of the internship student point that the teacher selected from higher vocational colleges failed to guidance effectively and the kindergarten teachers do better than them.The most of students can get the pay but dissatisfy the amount.They think the internship paly an important role in their major and the teacher guidance helped them a lot.The result of this paper shows that the internship of students majored in preschool education in higher vocational colleges have many problems.First,for the most majority of students,the time of internship cannot meet the scheme requirement.Second,the male' awareness and effectiveness of internship are worse than female'.Third,the teachers' guidance in higher vocational colleges for students' internship has a lot of space to improve.Fourth,the degree of salary satisfaction of internship students is low.Last but not least,the supervision and management of the government and higher vocational colleges should be improved a lot.According to the survey,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the internship quality of students majored in preschool education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of the government,supervision should be timely,the management should be strengthened and the internship funding should be increased.Based on the perspective of the kindergarten,the attitude towards the students' internship should be correctly,the content of internship should be rich and the construction of the kindergarten teachers' team should be strengthened.Based on the perspective of the higher vocational colleges,the students' ideological and political education should be strengthened,the system of students' internship should be improved,the check and supervision to the internship should get more attention from the beginning to the end,the fund investment of internship should be enlarged and the guidance to the internship should be improved.Based on the perspective of the students,they should have a good preparation for internship,learn more theoretical knowledge and have a clear career planning.
