In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of “comprehensive two-child” birth policy in China,the scale of preschool education has gradually expanded,and the society has put forward higher requirements for the number and quality of preschool teachers.In 2018,the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era pointed out that we should innovate the training mode of preschool teachers,move the starting point of training forward,and the starting point of training should be moved forward,and the preschool teachers with five-year junior college degrees should be vigorously cultivated from the starting point of junior middle school graduation.Under the new historical opportunity,it is more important for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality preschool teachers.Because of the dual characteristics of “teacher-training” and “professionalism” in preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,the combination of theory and practice is emphasized in the process of talent training.As an important practical teaching link of cultivating young children in higher vocational colleges,practice is the most effective way to embody the combination of “teacher-training' and “professionalism”.The quality of practice has an important influence on pre-service training quality of preschool teachers.Although the internship work of higher vocational colleges has always been highly regarded by the relevant departments of the State and the higher vocational colleges themselves,the relevant research and practice show that the five-year preschool education in higher vocational colleges is still facing a series of problems in the process of practice,how to solve the problem of practice effectively so as to promote the “seamless connection” between the five-year preschool education graduates and kindergartens is particularly important.In view of research on the practice of five-year preschool education in higher vocational colleges is very lack,so this research takes the five-year preschool education major of F Vocational and Technical College(hereinafter referred to as F College)as a case,investigation on the status quo of practice of five-year preschool education in F College by means of questionnaire and interview,the author tries to find out the problems and intern to find out the corresponding countermeasures for improving the practice,this case study can provide valuable reference for the five-year preschool education major of F College and similar higher vocational colleges to carry out practical work,so as to contribute to the improvement of the quality of preschool teachers.This research mainly includes the following parts:The first part is introduction,which mainly includes research background,research purpose and meaning,research status,concept definition,research thinking and method,and innovation of research.The second part introduces the significance and theoretical basis of five-year preschool education practice in higher vocational colleges.The third part investigates the current situation of the five-year preschool education students in F College by using the methods of questionnaire and interview.The fourth part through the F college five-year pre-school education specialty practice present situation analysis found that the practice process exists problems.The fifth part aims at the specific problems in the practice of five-year preschool education of F College,and probes into the corresponding countermeasures for improvement.The conclusion is the last part,which summarizes the main content of this study,rethinks the shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the future research.
