| Research objectives:Shot put is an aperiodic throwing event based on strength and speed. It is also the only throwing event that uses both spin and slide to accelerate. In this paper, our study direction is to use 3D photography and SIMI analysis software to put forward opinions for back sliding shot put technique of track and field college students in Liaocheng University, and looking for common shortcomings of research objects according to the motion parameters,at the same time improve technical action using the training methods, provide powerful basis for the teaching of backward slide of shot put.Research methods:A total of 8 male students(height: 176-182cm)from Liaocheng university were selected and a high-speed video(200Hz)was used to collect a complete video image of the subjects sliding backward and shot-putting.Use the Si Mi-Motion(Germany)analysis software for video analysis, the research object of the head, shoulders, elbows, double, double hips, knees, hands, ankles, feet, and shot 18 points and conduct biomechanical analysis, compares after export related data, according to the comparison of the data is analyzed to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the object of study techniques, according to the problems with targeted teaching and training, and after a certain time to test,to compare the two results before and after.Research results:According to the analysis of sports biomechanics, the students selected for track and field in Liaocheng University are not satisfied with the distance and the center of gravity of their body during the backward slide and shot-put slide, which leads to the disturbance of the speed and rhythm of the slide and affects the coordination of the subsequent movements. In the transition stage, the research object’s body was lifted too early and the transition time was too long, which resulted in a big difference between the speed of shot and the speed of body center of gravity in the transition stage, which was not conducive to the positive force in the final exertion stage. The acceleration preparation part in the final exertion stage takes a long time to prepare, which affects the normal trajectory of the hip and affects the final performance to a certain extent. In the last stage of acceleration, the left supporting leg braking is not positive, resulting in the body center of gravity forward, the speed should be dispersed acceleration; In the final delivery stage, the forward movement of the body’s center of gravity causes the torso to be not fully extended and the hip to be not positive, which affects the angle of release, speed and height of the delivery.Research conclusions:In the teaching process,it is suggested that teachers should pay attention to students’ sliding distance and the change of body center of gravity in the sliding step stage,so as to avoid the change of speed and rhythm of sliding step.During the transition period, students’ transition time should be pay attention to avoid the large difference between the speed of shot and the speed of body center of gravity due to the long transition period. In the final exertion stage, the attention should be paid to the time of the acceleration preparation part and the positive braking of the supporting leg during the acceleration part. The most important thing is to pay attention to whether the torso is in an extended state and the hip is positive at the moment of the shooting.More importantly, the attention should be paid to the angle of release, speed and height of the shooting. At the same time, the practice methods proposed in this paper can be used at the beginning of teaching, which can not only avoid students’ boring practice methods, but also establish good technical movements at the beginning of learning. |
