Research On The Cultivation Of Badminton In The Disadvantaged Events In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of The 14th National Games

The holding of the 14 th National Games will bring unprecedented development to competitive sports in Shaanxi Province.Shaanxi Province will make reform in the pattern of sports events,and develop other potential advantages and weak projects on the premise of maintaining the achievements of the advantage projects.Under the background of the 14 th National Games,Shaanxi badminton started to form teams with the support of government policies,and introduced some coaches and athletes,which realized the development of badminton from scratch.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes Shaanxi badminton project as the research object,investigates the management and coaches of Badminton Association in Xi’an,Weinan,Baoji,Hanzhong and Shangluo of Shaanxi Province.Through the questionnaire,we can know the influence of badminton project development in Shaanxi Province The constraints of the exhibition,and the future cultivation of badminton in Shaanxi Province,to provide more reference for the development of other vulnerable projects in our province,but also for the balanced and stable development of competitive sports in our province,improve the overall performance of competitive sports in our province to provide advice.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.The development of the badminton project in Shaanxi province lacks the policy support for the badminton project at the government level,and the lack of special policies for the project has led to no development of the badminton project in Shaanxi Province;2.Shaanxi badminton project in the introduction and management of talent is not perfect,the investment in badminton project funds is still lacking;3.The professional skills and teaching ability of the coaches in Shaanxi badminton are poor,and the cultural self-cultivation and scientific research ability of the coaches are poor;4.The quantity of badminton players in Shaanxi Province is small,the quality is poor,and the construction of reserve team is not perfect;5.The badminton training in Shaanxi Province is lack of scientific and systematic;the facilities in the venues are far from enough to meet the training and future development of badminton.
