Scientific thinking is an important part of the core literacy of physics,and the curriculum standard also emphasizes the development of comprehensive activity courses to promote the cultivation and implementation of core literacy.This paper explores how to use STEM as a comprehensive curriculum education concept to reintegrate knowledge transfer with the cultivation of various abilities in scientific reasoning,and to examine the impact of curriculum design based on STEM education concept on ability development.The first thing to do is a literature survey.Through the reading and collation of literature related to the research topic,the research process of STEM education and scientific reasoning ability is understood,the relevant concepts are defined,and the key to the combination of the two is the Learning scenarios designed according to the characteristics of the teaching materials.Further taking the situation as the core,the curriculum design idea of creating a situation through stem concepts,providing reasoning evidence in the context to enable students to complete the whole process of scientific reasoning,and taking the appropriate content as an example for teaching design.Finally,using educational practice,teaching classes are selected for teaching examples.After the teaching practice,the scientific reasoning ability is analyzed whether there is any change,whether the student’s academic performance has improved,and the impact of the curriculum design based on STEM concept on the scientific reasoning ability of students is judged according to this.The results talk about us the survey of STEM education into practical Junior high school teaching not only active but also effective,which can create context for the search for reasoning evidence,enable students to perform a complete reasoning process,so as to help students enhance and improve students’ scientific reasoning skills in this process and help students learn to apply diverse knowledge to solve problems in physics class and social life.
