China lies in health education,and the focus of health education lies in farmers.The close integration of national fitness and national health is the requirement and inevitable way of building a healthy China.The19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major decision-making of the rural revitalization plan,which is a major strategic task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and a socialist modern country,and also the main hand of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In rural areas,the strategy of rejuvenation should be carried out in an all-round way to promote the fitness of the whole people,and the main battlefield should be in rural areas.In this background,with the rapid development of rural economy in Shaanxi,the living standards of farmers are constantly improving,and the demand for health is gradually strong.The purpose of the research is to make the rural basketball competition in Shaanxi province more scientific and standardized.It is necessary to study the characteristics of the rural basketball competition and solve the problems in the development.Its fundamental significance lies in: carrying out a large number of rural basketball competitions,promoting the health level of rural farmers;promoting the construction of rural sports culture;promoting the cultural practice of rural literature,interview,questionnaire,logical analysis,principal component analysis,etc.at the same time,combined with the relevant theories of competition,social sports,sports management and other disciplines,the characteristics of rural basketball competition in Shaanxi Province are studied in depth and systematically.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The basic characteristics of the development of rural basketball competition inShaanxi Province are: geographical environment and human environment characteristics,the differences of geographical conditions lead to the better development of basketball competition in Guanzhong area;the most male participants,accounting for 88.4%,the age of 26-35,36-45,46-55 age groups accounted for 86.2%of the age of all participants.Cognitive level of participants: the number of people who watch the game on TV or Internet and obtain relevant knowledge is the largest,accounting for 54.9% of the total number.2.The organizational characteristics of rural basketball competition in Shaanxi Province are as follows: the time of event organization is mainly concentrated in the Spring Festival,slack season,weekends and evenings,and the spare time of different participating groups is used to ensure the smooth progress of basketball competition.In terms of motivation,the organization of rural basketball competition in Shaanxi province greatly meets the needs of the masses in terms of physical fitness,leisure life,social interaction,personal ability and personal value.3.The characteristics of the participating teams in the rural basketball competition in Shaanxi Province are as follows: team formation,motivation and mass team formation are mainly the teams of rural basketball fans;the
