Objective: This study studied the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during pre-competition training of Shanxi province long distance swimmers. The aim of this study was to understand the adaptation of athletes to exercise load during pre-match training and the rationality of exercise load arrangement. Methods :20 ml of venous blood was taken as blood samples(all on an empty stomach)at7:00-8:00 every saturday morning during pre-competition training. The test results were printed and reported. The urine test urine protein was taken from 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning of the following day after the training class and the training class was used to monitor the arrangement of the training class. Before and after the pre-competition training, the blood lactate values of 3km and 6 km were measured immediately.Results:1 During the pre-competition training period, the red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit and mean hemoglobin contents of the athletes all changed in different degrees but within a reasonable range;the serum creatine kinase of male athletes reached its highest level at week2,46.53% higher than before training, and the female athletes reached its peak at week 1,17.76%higher than before training.2 At the end of pre-competition training, the testosterone was slightly higher than that before training. At the end of T/C training, the cortisol was slightly higher than that before training and lower than that before training.3 A total of 140 urine proteins were measured during pre-competition training,of which97.8 %per cent were within a reasonable range.4 At the end of pre-competition training, the 6 km blood lactic acid was lower than before training, and the speed was slightly higher than before training.Conclusion:1 During the pre-competition training period, the average hemoglobin content, serum creatine kinase, blood urea and red blood cells were all changed in different degrees. At the end ofthe pre-competition training, all the indexes were changed but within a reasonable range, which indicated that the load size arrangement was reasonable and appropriate, and the phenomenon of excessive and excessive load not appeared.2 Blood testosterone, cortisol and T/C values all changed in different degrees during the whole training period, and the values measured at the end of pre-competition training were all within a reasonable range, indicating that the athletes’ body function played a good stimulation and adaptation to the load and intensity arranged by the coaches, and received good training results.3 The urine protein is basically within a reasonable range during the training period, and the overall arrangement of the coach’s load and intensity is basically reasonable, and the athletes don’t appear the phenomenon of excessive training.4 After the training, the same distance speed increased and the lactic acid value decreased slightly, indicating that the aerobic ability of the athletes was improved.
