Master ourstudents’ health status and developments by monitoring network ofSchool Sports Health to provide a scientific basis for health developmentplan for the development of school sports, science. Shanghai alsocorresponding to the students’ health monitoring network monitoringsystem. Seen students’ health monitoring has become a routine work inschools. But how to evaluate the monitoring effect become a problem tobe solved placed in the current work.The purpose of this study is through the study of the relevantliterature, expert advice and surveys, and other ways, the use ofscientific theory and methods to study the effect of the implementationof the Shanghai students ’health monitoring, and raised students’ healthmonitoring effect evaluation index system buildprinciples and methods, initially built Shanghai students ’health monitoring effect evaluationindex system, and giving back to the practice for the students’ healthmonitoring service in Shanghai.This research process around the Students Health Monitoring andEvaluation theory collation and analysis through expert interviews,classic evaluation model based on the principle of combined ShanghaiStudent Physical characteristics and indicators of the health monitoringsystem built andmethod physique monitoring evaluating results ofpreliminary selected to develop the students’ health monitoring effectevaluation index system. And by two expert consultation, repeatedscreening and preliminary indicators selected to determine theevaluation index, then use AHP to determine the weight of each index.The Research conclusions is:(1) learn Kirkpatrick theoreticalmodel based on the establishment of the system and its evaluationstandard of the students’ health monitoring evaluating results of afive-level indicators and22secondary indicators. Level indicators,including the five levels of the "reaction layer","learning layer, behaviorlayer","results layer" and "organizational effectiveness layer. Amongthem, the reaction layer including five two indicators used to evaluatethe students’ cognitive and physical monitoring attitude. The learninglayer has the seven two indicators used to evaluate the students learnedfrom the physique monitoring what. The behavior layer3two indicators used to evaluate "By participating in the physique monitoring students’physical exercise behavior occurred change". In the result layer, thethrough three two indicators to evaluate whether the changes in thebehavior of the students’ physical exercise had a positive impact,"constitutes a. Finally, in the layer of organizational effectiveness, withfour secondary indicators evaluation "Students think student physiquemonitoring organization social contribution".(2) Use of test results bythe Shanghai Jiaotong University and Meilong Middle School of theevaluation index system found the index system for quantitativeevaluation of the effect on students’ health monitoring, the results of itsevaluation of the performance of the two ways to score and evaluate thelevel. Hope that the evaluation system will be able to get more extensivetesting and improving the practical application.
