People’s living standard and consumption level gradually improved,the diet and other living habits gradually changed,and then people’s fitness awareness gradually improved.Of course,with the increase of family income,parents invest more and more in their children’s education,and invest more and more in their children’s interests,hobbies,learning and healthy growth.Since China’s reform and opening up,more and more frequent cultural exchanges with foreign countries have made wushu,as a cultural treasure in China,develop rapidly in recent years.Wushu sanda club,as a training institution of market economy,came into being and developed rapidly.Sanshou in jining city as the research object,club for members’ club operators,managers,coaches,etc as investigation object,USES the literature material method,field survey method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis and other research methods,study of wushu sanda of jining club management analysis,the following conclusions:The Wushu Sanda club of Jining city is in the stage of rapid development,the national fitness and the mass mass are widely popular,and the general situation is developing,but there are sti ll many problems in the management of individual Sanda clubs,which need to be solved urgently:(1)The Wushu Sanda movement in Jining city develops rapidly,the number of people practicing Sanda is increasing year by year,the number of Wushu Sanda clubs is large,and there are fewer clubs with standardized operation and ideal operation effect.(2)From the perspective of management benefits,most of the clubs are optimistic,and most of them make profits but a small part of them lose money or balance their income.On the whole,coaches and members are satisfied with the club.(3)The management concept of club is generally lacking,the value goal in the publicity materials of enrollment is not implemented in practice,and the club’s rules and regulations are not sound.There is a general phenomenon that the club does not pay enough attention to the members’ requirements.The number of part-time coaches is relatively large and the large fluidity has become an important factor restricting the efficiency of club management.(4)The publicity investment of club is generally less,the publicity method is single,and there is a lack of systematic publicity plan.(5)Club is obviously not strong enough to train the quality of the coach team,and there is a great room for the coaches to improve their professional theoretical knowledge,teaching and training methods,technical demonstration ability,and communication and coordination ability.(6)Club tends to be highly homogeneous in the setting of training courses,with insufficient innovation and flexibility;The training course setting is not clearly stipulated at the primary,intermediate and advanced levels,and the training content is quite random.(7)Club has a serious loss of members.In the club recruit new members generally show greatenthusiasm and market mobilization ability at the same time,the old members quit the phenomenon is obvious.For the long-term effective and sustainable development of Jining Wushu Sanda club,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)Club shall define its business objectives,determine its business scope and formulate its business plan.To establish and improve the relevant operating management system,establish and improve the contract employment system for coaches,formulate and improve the relevant management regulations and reward and punishment system for coaches,and strictly require coaches to teach.Formulate and improve the safety standards and management regulations for members to ensure a more comprehensive service for members.(2)Increase the club’s publicity efforts,increase the investment of publicity funds,expand the club’s publicity channels,establish its own brand,and improve the club’s popularity and influence.(3)Strengthen the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of the coach,so that the coach’s technical ability and teaching level can be comprehensively improved.Managers should regularly train coaches on professional theories and techniques at least twice a year.We should cultivate comprehensive and excellent Sanda coaches with comprehensive skills and theories for a long time,and retain excellent coaches.(4)In the aspect of course management,the club should strengthen the course development and design,enrich the course content,increase the interest of the course and increase the development of the course.Improve the efficiency of class,enrich the interest of members,enhance the confidence of members,make members long-term effective practice Sanda.(5)The club shall establish an incentive mechanism for members to attend classes,urge and encourage members to keep practicing,improve attendance,and retain old members by taking advantage of various course benefits and preferential activities.(6)The club shall make regular summaries,make quarterly,monthly,weekly and daily work plans and implement them strictly.Regular exchange competitions are held to increase communication between clubs.(7)Establish the club service evaluation system,further improve the service quality and the comprehensive quality of the staff,improve the club environment,improve the "people-oriented,service first" management philosophy,enrich the
