Research On The Practicing Ability Of Coaches Of Xi'an Wushu Sanda Club

Sanda is an important part of Chinese martial arts.Since its experimental promotion in the late 1980 s,Sanda has experienced nearly 40 years of development.After decades of development,martial arts Sanda clubs have become a very active martial arts phenomenon in large and medium-sized cities in the country,and young people are flocking to it and their interest is high.However,many problems,such as coach qualification and level of Wushu Sanda Club,are vaguely restricting the healthy development of Wushu Club.In view of this,by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,the coaches of Xi'an Wushu Sanda Club are divided into two groups.In order to investigate the object of investigation,this paper studies the evaluation index system of Wushu Sanda club coaches' teaching ability,tries to find out the shortcomings of Wushu Sanda club coaches' teaching ability,and puts forward some relevant strategies.Conclusion:(1)The main results are as follows:(1)the overall characteristics of coaches of martial arts Sanda club in Xi'an show the following characteristics: the ratio of men and women is seriously unbalanced and female coaches are scarce;The number of teaching years in 3-8 years was the most,accounting for 45%,41% in less than 3years,and a small number of coaches had more than 8 years of teaching,both full-time and part-time work attributes of coaches,and a large number of coaches had the most years of teaching in 3-8 years,accounting for 45%,41% and 8 years respectively.Among the technical sources of coaches,58% of them graduated from physical education colleges and universities,32% of them retired from Sanda athletes,and the level of professional technology was generally higher.(2)The coach's teaching ability of martial arts Sanda club is composed of six secondary indexes,that is,the training ability of the coach(the weight coefficient is0.262)and the teaching ability(the weight coefficient is 0.378).Management ability(weight coefficient is 0.129),scientific research innovation ability(weight coefficient is 0.051),self-improvement ability(weight coefficient is 0.127),personal experience(weight coefficient is 0.053).(3)In the three-level index composition of each secondary index,the training load control ability(weight coefficient is 0.467),the ability to teach students according to their aptitude(weight coefficient is 0.186),and the classroom management ability(weight coefficient is 0.625),The innovative ability of trainingmethod(weight coefficient is 0.349),the ability to sum up experience(weight coefficient is 0.358),and the teaching attitude(weight coefficient is 0.448)are the most important ability components respectively.(4)In the investigation of the present situation of coaches' teaching ability of Xi'an Wushu Sanda Club,it is found that the coaches themselves have "the ability to set up the training content" and the "ability to explain the action" in the composition of the training ability.The evaluation of "classroom management ability" and "information collection and processing ability" in the composition of management ability and scientific research innovation ability is better.As far as the shortcomings of the current situation of coaching ability of coaches in Sanda club are concerned,they mainly focus on the following aspects,namely,the ability of competition guidance,the ability of teaching students according to their aptitude,the ability of theoretical research,the ability of information collection and processing,Stress ability,self-study ability.Recommendations:(1)It is suggested that the evaluation index system should be used in martial arts Sanda clubs,which can not only effectively evaluate the in-service coaches,but also standardize the induction requirements of coaches,which can make coaches pay attention to the development of their own teaching ability to a certain extent.In order to improve the level of teaching.(2)Wushu management centers at all levels supervise the establishment of training organizations for coaches of Sanda clubs,so that coaches can have a platform for learning and communication with each other and jointly promote the level of teaching in the industry.(3)It is suggested that the coaches of martial arts Sanda club should study constantly according to the abilities in the evaluation index system,perfect their shortcomings in the process of teaching,and improve their teaching ability in order to prepare for the rainy day.(4)As a club,we should provide more opportunities for coaches to train and learn,encourage coaches to enhance their professional technical and theoretical knowledge,and contribute to the improvement of coaches' teaching ability.To a certain extent,the coach's ability to coach can affect the reputation of the club in the industry,which is of far-reaching significance to the development of the club.
