With the continuous development of competitive sports, the training intensity and competition density of athletes continue to increase, which inevitably increases the risk of sports injuries.Judo is a sport with high incidence of injuries, among which knee ligament injuries account for large proportion,so rehabilitation physical training for knee ligament injuries is particularly important. At present, most of researches on the sports injury of patella ligament rupture focus on how to operate surgeries in order to obtain the maximum recovery effect. However, there are few studies on rehabilitation physical exercises for sports injuries, and there are only a few cases and reports on rehabilitation training. In this paper, the characteristics of judo are combined with the actual situation of the athletes’ injuries.A staged rehabilitation physical training program is formulated and implemented to help the athletes recover to the sports level before injury as quickly as possible, which provides a reference example for postoperative rehabilitation physical training for knee ligament injury. This study takes the rehabilitation physical training program and practice after patella ligament reconstruction as the study subjects.Su Xin,a female judo athlete in Liaoning province,is selected as an example. The methods of literature, expert interview, tests, case study, mathematical statistics, logical analysis are adopted, and the knee angle, lower limb balance ability, muscle circumference, knee isokinetic strength after patella ligament reconstruction and various physical fitness are tested to obtain corresponding data for the formulation of rehabilitation physical fitness training programs, which provide the evidence for this study. The conclusions: Su Xin’s postoperative rehabilitation physical exercise mainly includes early postoperative rehabilitation training of knee joint structure and functions,as well as the combination of later physical training and specialized training. In the whole rehabilitation physical training program, knee angle recovery training, isometric contraction training of the affected quadriceps, proprioception training of the affected side, gait training, coordination and sensitivity training of lower limb, left and right sides knee strength balance training;and physical training combined with specialized training in later period were arranged step by step.Su Xin has reached the requirement of returning to professional training after seven stages of systematic rehabilitation physical exercise, and is currently preparing for the 2020 Judo National Championships to win points for the Olympic Games.Suggestions: Patella ligament rupture should be diagnosed with magnetic resonance imaging at the first time.Once the fracture is diagnosed, surgery should be performed immediately.Conservative treatment can aggravate the injury and prolong the postoperative rehabilitation physical training time.In the early postoperative period, attention should be paid to the recovery of knee joint mobility, which lays the foundation for future rehabilitation training. In the whole process of rehabilitation physical exercise,we must pay attention to the communication with the athletes,so that the athletes can have enough confidence, and that they can cooperate with each other in the rehabilitation training process and complete the rehabilitation training goals together. This study is aimed at active front-line athlete.Advanced testing equipment and training equipment are used, and it is combined with the systematic rehabilitation physical training programs,so as to reflect the scientific and systematic features of training program to the greatest extent, then help athletes return to specialized training and competitions.
