Research On The Construction Of Teachers’ Team Of Ideological And Political Theory Course Private Colleges Universities

Ideological and political education in private colleges and universities is of great significance to the cultivation of talents.In order to give full play to the main channel of education,the ideological and political theory course in private colleges and universities needs to give full play to the functions of teachers.In view of the current lack of research on the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in private colleges and universities,it is necessary to study the existing problems in this paper.This paper discusses the current situation,characteristics and related issues of Ideological and political education in private colleges and universities,and provides theoretical support for deepening the construction of Ideological and political teachers in private colleges and universities,which is of great significance to the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in private colleges and universities in China.On the basis of combing the achievements of the construction of the ideological and political theory course teachers in private colleges and universities in China,this paper collects all aspects of the information of the construction of the ideological and political theory course teachers in private colleges and universities by means of field visits and questionnaires,summarizes the problems,the structure,quantity and quality of the teachers.Through the analysis of the problems,the paper finds out the reasons why the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in private colleges lags behind.Combined with the new requirements of the party and the state for the ideological and political education of college students,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems related to the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in private colleges and universities,and puts forward countermeasures.Private colleges and universities should make clear the importance of the construction of Ideological and political theory teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers’ team from several aspects,such as the competent department of education,private colleges and universities themselves,ideological and political theory teachers themselves;improve the status of Ideological and political theory courses;improve the security mechanism of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in private colleges and universities,and enhance the enthusiasm of teachers.
