Junior high school students in China are in the early stage of puberty,facing all kinds of puzzles and conflicts brought about by great changes in body and mind.Their bodies began to mature,their sexual consciousness developed,they paid attention to the opposite sex,and their love for the opposite sex was born.At the same time,their psychology was not fully mature,so they could not correctly treat and deal with their own physical and mental changes.At this time,it is urgent for parents and educators to guide them in love,so that they can see the change rationally,establish a correct view of love,and realize the healthy growth of body and mind.This paper studies the love education of junior high school students in Kaizhou district from the perspective of family,aiming to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of family love education of junior high school students in Kaizhou district.This paper defines the concepts of love,love education,family love education and family love education of junior high school students,and analyzes the significance of family love education of junior high school students.Based on Sukhomlinsky’s love education theory,combined with Xu Jimin’s love theory,this paper discusses the purpose of family love education for junior high school students,the principles of family love education for junior high school students,the methods and approaches of family love education for junior high school students,and the content of family love education for junior high school students.Through the interview and questionnaire survey on the current situation of family love education of junior high school students in Kaizhou District,this study found that parents generally think that junior high school students are too young,love will affect their learning and physical and mental health,and junior high school students should be educated not to fall in love and should focus on their academic development.Parents mainly explain the characteristics and coping methods of puberty sexual development to children through their own communication with children,explain to children how to protect body privacy and prevent sexual assault,and how to distinguish friendship and love,remind children that love will affect learning,and warn children that they are too young to fall in love at this stage.Parents generally believe that it is necessary to carry out love education for junior high school students.Love education is conducive to the physical and mental development of junior high school students.Kaizhou District junior high school students’ parents choose a more reasonable way of love education,and the understanding of junior high school students’ family love education is more objective and rational as a whole.There are also many positive aspects in the purpose,principle,method,content of love education and the evaluation of junior high school students’ love,but there are still many problems.These problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first,parents’ cognition of the purpose of love education for junior high school students is biased,neglecting the normal psychological needs of junior high school students;second,in the principle of education,there is no respect for the independent personality and overall development needs of children,Instead of dredge and guide,repression can not naturally communicate with children,lack of honesty,and the division of labor between parents is vague and mutual prevarication;thirdly,in terms of education methods,love education and positive guidance for junior high school students are mostly conducted from a negative perspective,neglecting the list demonstration of parents;fourthly,some education contents deviate from the objective facts,and the education contents are not comprehensive;fifthly In the evaluation of junior high school students’ love,it is not consistent with the physical and mental normality of junior high school students,which misunderstands the relationship between junior high school students’ love and their studies.There are many reasons for the problems of family love education of junior high school students,including: first,parents often view junior high school students’ love from a negative perspective and are influenced by utilitarian ideas;second,due to the influence of autocratic upbringing and Confucian traditional culture,parents’ sense of responsibility is insufficient;third,they do not fully grasp the methods of love education and lack of setting an example Knowledge;fourth,the understanding of love is biased and incomplete,limited by objective conditions;fifth,the lack of understanding of the psychological development of junior high school students and the negative impact of "early love" stereotype.In the end,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of family love education of junior high school students in Kaizhou district and solving the existing problems: first,parents should change their ideas and form a correct family love education purpose view;second,parents should change their attitudes and establish a correct family love education principle view;third,parents should respect their children and use appropriate love education methods Fourth,parents should understand their children and choose appropriate family love education content;fifth,they should seek support and help to form a joint force of love education.
