Research On Graduate Credit System Management Based On Performance Excellence

Credit system management is an indispensable part of postgraduate education and educational activities in China.With the increasing number of postgraduate education in China,the government is paying more and more attention to the influence and role of credit system management in the implementation process of postgraduate education.From the point of the research of graduate student credit system management at home and abroad,most of them stay on the illustration of the phenomenon and problem analysis of simple,lack of system tools to the overall situation and the development of graduate credit system management characteristic to conduct a comprehensive analysis and in-depth research,therefore our country graduate student research and application of credit system management and has strong research and larger development space.In the early stage,this study used the methods of literature research and deduction and induction,took the credit system management and postgraduate education activities as the main body,integrated the idea of excellent development,based on the seven core contents of excellent performance,extracted the essence,and formed the thinking of excellent performance based graduate credit system management.In the middle of the research period,based on the related research and experience of postgraduate credit system management at home and abroad,this paper makes a research and analysis on the actual situation and characteristics of postgraduate credit system management at present,and analyzes the existing problems of postgraduate credit system management in universities and colleges in Yunnan province by taking four universities in Yunnan province as examples.In middle and later periods of the study,based on the research hypothesis,built between graduate credit system management and performance excellence model,by using structural equation model test to find the relationship between the variables,and usethe excellent performance management tools to analysis it is concluded that four universities in the graduate credit system management in the process of the implementation and operation of the existing problems and main influence factors,found in the results of the study,"insufficient funds","insufficient understanding of credit system","the ability of the students’ " and "leadership value" is the main factors influencing graduate management implementation of credit system.Finally,based on the research conclusion,theory is combined with practice,and relevant solutions and Suggestions are proposed according to the performance excellence criterion.The original intention of this study is to analyze the problems in the implementation of graduate credit system management and find the main influencing factors through the application of the concept of performance excellence.At the same time,it is also hoped that the relevant Suggestions in the research can promote the continuous improvement of the management model of graduate education credit system in China.
