| Post-based teaching practice is not a new teaching model,it is the product of social development,on the one hand to solve the problem of the lack of normal university students internship base,on the other hand to solve the problem of the lack of teachers in rural areas.Post-based teaching practice has played an important role in colleges,interns and internship schools.It is of great significance to explore the model of post-based teaching practice.At this point,post-based teaching practice refers to such a model that the university students work as an official teacher according to the requirements of middle school,thus help develope local education.At the same time,university students improve their own teaching and management ability.Based on the literature analysis and investigation,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the current situation of post-based teaching practice.It mainly focuses on the preparation before the internship,the current situation of the internship,the guidance during the internship,and the collaborative management of universities,local government and middle schools,aiming to find the problems existing in the post-based teaching practice.Through the analysis and reflection of the current situation,it is concluded that in order to maximize the function of post-based teaching practice,it is necessary to further improve it from five aspects: strengthen the management of instructors;improve pre-job training;carry out teaching observation in middle school;improve the evaluation system;strengthen the collaborative management of universities,local government and middle schools;strengthen the management of interns.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,mainly talk about background、significance,literature review and concept definition and research methods etc;the second chapter is about the theoretical basis and function of post-based teaching practice;chapter three is mainly the analysis of significance of post-based teaching;the fourth chapter talk about the problems of post-based teaching practice;chapter five provided some suggestions and implications according to the actuality and the problems. |
